Careers
No open roles. The work is still the catalog.
There is no public hiring board and no published team page. If you want to know what it would be like to work here, start with what we ship and what we refuse — not with a list of perks we have not promised.

01 — Board / 0 roles
There are currently no positions advertised.
An empty list is the truthful version of this page. A fake posting would be a worse signal than a blank one.
02 — Position
What the company is for.
The same claim as /about, because hiring copy that diverges from the catalog is a tell.
nox.markets sells finished jobs — tools, agents, workflows, and packs — to operators at 10–200 person companies who were sold a seat and still have the work. The catalog is first-party: we build it, integrate it, and pick up the phone.
Marketplace is how you buy: browse, compare, deploy. It is not a crowd of unverified sellers. Work that would require us to become a consultancy, a copilot vendor, or an agent framework is work we will not take.
The unit of work
A product is a named job with a time-saved rationale, a named failure mode, and a setup time on the card. Hiring, when it happens, is in service of that unit — not a parallel delivery team that implements around the catalog.
03 — Practice / 4 constraints
How the work is done, as far as we can say it in public.
These are product constraints, not a culture deck. We do not publish office policy, headcount, or a perk list we have not committed to.
- A number on a card has to be defensible. Hours come with volume: the rationale on the card is arithmetic you can check, not a measured accuracy. A published eval is planned. When a model provider changes under us, the changelog records it rather than quietly degrading the job.
- Finance products draft. A named person approves. We will not file a sales-tax return, submit payroll, or mark a bill as paid. That refusal is the product, not a hiring slogan.
- Setup time is a promise, not an SOW. If a job needs a four-month organisational project, buying software will not fix it, and we will not staff that project for the buyer.
- Nothing here is a public org chart. There is no published roster, no office photograph, and no investor row. Judge the catalog until those facts exist and are approved to print.
04 — Speculative
If you still want to write in.
There is no careers inbox and no applicant-tracking portal on this site. Contact is the path that already exists.
Use the contact form. Pick Sales. Say it is a speculative note, name the kind of work you actually do, and point at one catalog product you would want to improve or defend. Do not send a headcount question we cannot answer, and do not expect a recruiting process that is not running.
We will not invent a timeline for a reply. If nothing is open, the honest outcome is that nothing is open — not a holding pattern dressed as a pipeline.
Next step
The contact form is the door.
No open roles. If you write anyway, say it is speculative and name the work. The catalog stays the argument either way.
