Solutions

Two hundred to two thousand. The last mile is still a consulting exercise.

Products a Scale subscriber already owns. SCIM, SIEM streaming, and a named security review sit on that tier — not on a Starter card.

01 — Problem / 3 costs

Where a mid-market AI budget actually goes.

The pilot is rarely what fails. What fails is everything between the pilot and a system of record that finance and IT both sign off on.

  • The model is the cheap part. Integration, evaluation, and governance are the invoice.
  • A controller opens the security page before the catalog. Approval, audit export, and a DPA have to exist before a SKU is interesting.
  • Point tools that are marginally better at one job still hand the system-of-record work back to the team that already has a full week.

02 — Shelf / 6 of 70 products

A filtered shelf for Mid-market.

Query-backed from the catalog — not a hand-picked list. Hours on each card are catalog math at a stated volume, not a customer result.

03 — Week one

What changes in week one for Mid-market.

Not a roadmap and not a rollout plan — the first week as it actually runs, with the part that stays yours named.

Week one is a scoped pilot with a named approver and a written revoke path, not a company-wide rollout. One shelf, one system of record, one owner who can say what correct looks like. The audit log is exportable from the first run, so the review that decides the rollout argues from evidence rather than from a vendor deck.

04 — Integrations / 12 connectors

Typical connectors on this shelf.

Taken from the products that actually match the filter. An integration with no product behind it is not coverage.

Named on the cards, not yet in the connector directory: Zendesk, SurePrep (import-only for a cutover), Relay, Expensify (import-only for a cutover), Shopify Plus, Zoom (transcript export), Avalara, Plaid (optional). Those marks are systems the products talk about — they are not customers.

Connector marks are not a logo wall. QuickBooks is not a customer.

05 — Effort

What it takes, and what it will not do.

Setup minutes are a published number. Prerequisites are the connectors on the card plus a named approver wherever money moves.

Expect OAuth reviews, a named approver, and a longer setup on packs. The slowest published setup on this shelf is still a number, not a project plan.

Median published setup
40 minutes — catalog figure, not a customer study.
Slowest published setup
90 minutes on this set. Packs take longer. We do not round that down to “under an hour.”
OAuth required
50 of 70 are connected — you authorise the system on the card; you do not map fields.

6. Those run on your keys and consume no credits.
Recommended plan
Scale. Scale is the first tier with SCIM provisioning and SIEM streaming, and the right path for a security review. Demo is the conversion motion; Starter is not.

Start

Fourteen days of Growth. No card. 25,000 credits.

If you already know the SKU, open the shelf. Demo is for Scale, Enterprise, and anyone whose MSA requires a human on the call.

No card required for the trial.
