03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

8 under-contract files × 90 min of disclosure, deadline, and title/escrow filing (~12h) plus 4 weekly pipeline sweeps × 45 min (~3h)

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 5 outputs

Builds the under-contract file: deadlines, disclosures, and title/escrow document chase.

  • Transaction file checklist
  • calendar holds
  • disclosure packet stub

05 — One run

What one run takes in, and what it puts back.

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

In

  • Accepted offer
  • contract date fields
  • disclosure templates
  • title/escrow contacts
  • listing/MLS id the office already stores
  • county/HOA pattern table

Out

  • Transaction file checklist
  • calendar holds
  • disclosure packet stub
  • missing-doc chase log
  • weekly pipeline digest

06 — How it works / 55 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect Dotloop and SkySlope

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

    Accepted offer, contract date fields.

  3. 03

    It runs

Transaction file checklist — on a trigger or a schedule, 55 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • File opened from accepted offer in Dotloop, SkySlope, or a signed PDF drop
  • Deadline calendar from contract date fields the office maps; agent still owns the dates
  • Disclosure packet stub from the last closed file with the same county/HOA pattern
  • Missing-doc chase to title, escrow, lender, and inspector using your templates
  • Weekly pipeline digest: files by days-to-close and docs still outstanding
  • Does not give real-estate legal advice, fill a disclosure as the agent of record, or wire funds
  • Closing-day packet for the agent; Keyfile is not the escrow trust account

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

15

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$750

15 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 8 under-contract files × 90 min of disclosure, deadline, and title/escrow filing (~12h) plus 4 weekly pipeline sweeps × 45 min (~3h).

11 — Pricing

Buy it outright, or get it with a plan.

One-time

$14,900

  • Perpetual single-workspace license to this product’s logic, UI and connectors. Runs still spend credits.
  • Returns $5,960 as non-expiring credits at your tier’s rate.
  • Twelve months of updates and connector maintenance included.

Per run

280 credits

$5.60 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.

Credit class: heavy

Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.

12 — Security

Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools.

A scoped OAuth token pulls only the objects the inputs above require, writes the outputs back to your system of record, and keeps the run payload for your workspace retention window. Revoke the token in your IdP or in the dashboard; connector secrets are deleted within 24 hours of a disconnect.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

13 — Customers

Someone like you, running this.

14 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

A listing-to-close coordinator’s day is not “keeping a checklist.” It is which disclosure this county wants, whether the inspection objection deadline is on the agent’s personal calendar or the shared one, and which PDF from title is the actual commitment versus a junk fax. Keyfile is a pack: a file from the accepted offer (Dotloop, SkySlope, or a signed PDF), dates from the contract dates the office maps once, a disclosure packet from the last closed file in that county/HOA pattern, and a chase list for title, lender, and inspection docs that are still missing.

It does not give legal advice, does not complete a disclosure as counsel, and does not close escrow. The broker or designated agent still reviews the file and still decides what to send. Keyfile will not call the buyer’s lender for you. If the team already lives in SkySlope with a full-time TC and files are clean three days before closing, skip it. Buy it when deadlines live in three Google Calendars and the “transaction folder” is an email search.

15 — Questions / 5 answered

Before you buy.

What does it need from me before it can run?

Accepted offer; contract date fields; disclosure templates; title/escrow contacts; listing/MLS id the office already stores; county/HOA pattern table. Nothing else is collected for a run.

How long does setup take?

55 minutes. Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools. You authorise Dotloop, SkySlope, DocuSign, Follow Up Boss, Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive, Dropbox, Slack, QuickBooks Online once.

What does it cost to own?

$14,900 once — band 5, Pack. Runs still spend credits. It is also included in the Growth plan at $990/mo — buying it outright is the way to keep it after a plan ends.

What does it hand back?

Transaction file checklist; calendar holds; disclosure packet stub; missing-doc chase log; weekly pipeline digest.

Where does the hours-saved number come from?

8 under-contract files × 90 min of disclosure, deadline, and title/escrow filing (~12h) plus 4 weekly pipeline sweeps × 45 min (~3h)
