03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

180 returns/month × 6 min matching the order, restock location, and refund/exchange note

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 5 outputs

Turns inbound returns into a matched RMA with a restock, refund, or inspect flag.

  • Matched RMA
  • draft refund/exchange
  • warehouse restock note

05 — One run

What one run takes in, and what it puts back.

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

In

  • Return event
  • original order
  • SKU restock rules
  • refund policy table
  • warehouse bin history
  • already-refunded flag

Out

  • Matched RMA
  • draft refund/exchange
  • warehouse restock note
  • inspect-first queue
  • duplicate/already-refunded flags

06 — How it works / 40 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect Shopify and Loop Returns

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

    Return event, original order.

  3. 03

    It runs

Matched RMA — on a trigger or a schedule, 40 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • Watches Loop, Narvar, or Shopify return events on a schedule
  • Matches RMA to original order lines; flags already-refunded and duplicate RMAs
  • Restock / refund / inspect-first proposal from rules you configure — not a “keep the customer happy” model
  • Draft refund or exchange in Shopify; Restow never captures the customer’s card
  • Warehouse note with suggested bin from last restock of that SKU
  • Exception queue for kits, missing items, and final-sale SKUs you marked
  • Does not set return policy, issue store credit on its own, or talk to the customer unless you turn a template on

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

18

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$900

18 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 180 returns/month × 6 min matching the order, restock location, and refund/exchange note.

11 — Pricing

Buy it outright, or get it with a plan.

One-time

$395/mo

  • Month to month, no lock. Runs spend credits.

Per run

30 credits

$0.60 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.

Credit class: standard

Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.

12 — Security

Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools.

A scoped OAuth token pulls only the objects the inputs above require, writes the outputs back to your system of record, and keeps the run payload for your workspace retention window. Revoke the token in your IdP or in the dashboard; connector secrets are deleted within 24 hours of a disconnect.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

13 — Customers

Someone like you, running this.

14 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

Returns in a Shopify shop are not the Loop portal. They are the 6 minutes after the box hits the warehouse: which SKU came back, whether it is sellable, whether the customer already got a refund from a Gorgias agent who did not look, and which bin it goes in. Restow is an agent on the return event (Loop, Narvar, or Shopify). It matches the RMA to the order, proposes restock / refund / inspect-first from rules you set (unopened, used, missing parts), and opens a draft in Shopify plus a warehouse note.

It does not refund, exchange, or restock without a named person approving the draft. It will mis-flag the first week of edge SKUs (kits, final sale, warranty). After the rules settle, the matching job is mostly gone. If Loop’s warehouse workflow is already doing this cleanly, do not pay twice. Buy it when returns are a spreadsheet next to the packing table and refunds are typed from memory.

15 — Questions / 5 answered

Before you buy.

What does it need from me before it can run?

Return event; original order; SKU restock rules; refund policy table; warehouse bin history; already-refunded flag. Nothing else is collected for a run.

How long does setup take?

40 minutes. Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools. You authorise Shopify, Loop Returns, Narvar, ShipStation, Gorgias, Klaviyo, NetSuite, Slack, Google Sheets once.

What does it cost to own?

$395 per month, month to month. It is also included in the Growth plan at $990/mo — buying it outright is the way to keep it after a plan ends.

What does it hand back?

Matched RMA; draft refund/exchange; warehouse restock note; inspect-first queue; duplicate/already-refunded flags.

Where does the hours-saved number come from?

180 returns/month × 6 min matching the order, restock location, and refund/exchange note
