03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

8 retainers × 4 weeks × 22 min pulling tasks, hours, and ad exports into the status doc

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 5 outputs

Builds the weekly retainer status from project tasks, time, and ad-account exports.

  • Filled weekly status doc
  • hours-vs-cap table
  • ads totals

05 — One run

What one run takes in, and what it puts back.

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

In

  • Client-project map
  • task space
  • time entries
  • retainer cap
  • ad-account ids
  • status template
  • SOW line list

Out

  • Filled weekly status doc
  • hours-vs-cap table
  • ads totals
  • slipped-task list
  • AM send log

06 — How it works / 35 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect Asana and Monday.com

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

    Client-project map, task space.

  3. 03

    It runs

Filled weekly status doc — on a trigger or a schedule, 35 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • Tasks completed / slipped this week from Asana, Monday, or ClickUp (projects you map per client)
  • Hours vs retainer cap from Harvest, Tick, or Float; over-cap is flagged, not billed
  • Meta and Google Ads spend/delivery totals for the same window; no “insight” paragraph
  • Drops into your Google Doc or Slides template; Weekdeck is not the CMS
  • SOW line list you maintain — scope items still open vs hours burned
  • AM must click send; Weekdeck will not email the client a raw dump
  • Does not write a performance narrative, pause ads, or create a change order

It touches these, and nothing else.

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

12

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$600

12 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 8 retainers × 4 weeks × 22 min pulling tasks, hours, and ad exports into the status doc.

11 — Pricing

Buy it outright, or get it with a plan.

One-time

$395/mo

  • Month to month, no lock. Runs spend credits.

Per run

70 credits

$1.40 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.

Credit class: standard

Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.

12 — Security

Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools.

A scoped OAuth token pulls only the objects the inputs above require, writes the outputs back to your system of record, and keeps the run payload for your workspace retention window. Revoke the token in your IdP or in the dashboard; connector secrets are deleted within 24 hours of a disconnect.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

13 — Customers

Someone like you, running this.

14 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

Agency account time dies in the weekly. The AM copies Asana (or Monday) into a Google Doc, pastes hours from Harvest, screenshots Meta and Google Ads, and writes “on track” because the deck is due in eleven minutes. Weekdeck is a workflow. It pulls open/closed tasks for the week, hours vs the retainer cap you stored, and the ad-account totals the APIs actually return, and drops them into your status template. The AM still writes the narrative and still sends it.

It does not set strategy, does not pause campaigns, and does not invoice. Hours over cap are a number on the page, not a change order. If you already have a Looker studio nobody opens, this is not that — it is the one-pager the client was already getting, filled in. Skip it if a producer already lives in a real status tool and the deck takes ten minutes. Buy it when eight retainers mean eight Sunday-night copy-paste sessions.

15 — Questions / 5 answered
