03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

12 new accounts/month × 55 min of checklist chase (~11h), plus a 4h monthly stuck-account review, minus ~1h on the pack’s exception list

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 5 outputs

Onboarding checklist, nudges, and a stuck-account list from your real setup steps — not a generic welcome sequence.

  • Per-account checklist
  • sent nudges
  • unlocked Calendly link

05 — One run

What one run takes in, and what it puts back.

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

06 — How it works / 120 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect Intercom and Zendesk

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

    Signup event, setup-step list.

  3. 03

    It runs

Per-account checklist — on a trigger or a schedule, 120 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • Checklist from your steps (connect X, invite Y, upload Z), stored in Notion, not a vendor template
  • Intercom or helpdesk email nudge only for the open step — not a five-email “getting started” blast
  • Calendly kickoff locked until a step number you choose is marked done
  • Weekly stuck list: account, open step, last touch, days since signup
  • Dollar threshold that routes named accounts to a human owner and out of the pack
  • Does not join the kickoff, does not complete the customer’s integration, does not write their data
  • Roll-forward of last week’s stuck rows so they do not vanish after the standup

It touches these, and nothing else.

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

14

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$700

14 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 12 new accounts/month × 55 min of checklist chase (~11h), plus a 4h monthly stuck-account review, minus ~1h on the pack’s exception list.

11 — Pricing

This one comes with the plan.

Included

Included in Enterprise · from $7,500/mo

  • No separate purchase. Runs spend credits from the plan’s monthly grant.

Per run

40 credits

$0.80 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.

Credit class: standard

Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.

12 — Security

Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools.

A scoped OAuth token pulls only the objects the inputs above require, writes the outputs back to your system of record, and keeps the run payload for your workspace retention window. Revoke the token in your IdP or in the dashboard; connector secrets are deleted within 24 hours of a disconnect.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

13 — Customers

Someone like you, running this.

14 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

New customers fail in week one: they do not connect the integration, they do not invite the user who actually does the work, and the kickoff call happens before anything is set up. Firstmile is a pack — a checklist generated from the setup steps you actually require (not a generic “welcome to SaaS” sequence), Intercom or email nudges when a step is still open, a Calendly invite that only unlocks after step N, and a weekly stuck-account list to Slack with the step and the last human touch.

It does not do the kickoff. It does not implement Shopify or Twilio for them. Accounts over a dollar threshold you set skip the pack and go to a named CSM — the pack is for the rest. If you already run a Customer.io or Vitally playbook that matches your real setup steps, this is a downgrade. It is for teams whose onboarding is a Notion doc and a hope. One-time pack price; you keep running it for each cohort.
