03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

90 new reviews/month × 4 min to find, draft a reply, and post

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 4 outputs

Drafts review replies and opens helpdesk tickets for low-star reviews, matched to an order when possible.

  • Draft (or 5-star posted) reply
  • low-star helpdesk ticket
  • order match or unmatched flag

05 — One run

What one run takes in, and what it puts back.

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

06 — How it works / 35 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect Shopify and Gorgias

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

    New reviews, star-band templates.

  3. 03

    It runs

Draft (or 5-star posted) reply — on a trigger or a schedule, 35 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • Ingest from Shopify product reviews; Google Business Profile and Trustpilot when connected
  • Draft reply from a template per star band (5 / 3–4 / 1–2) — you edit the template, not a “witty” generator
  • Auto-post optional on 5-stars only; 1–2 stars cannot be auto-posted
  • Opens a Gorgias or Zendesk ticket for ≤2-star reviews; matches Shopify order ID on email when it can
  • SLA clock you set (e.g. 24 hours); Slack only when a review will miss it
  • Does not solicit reviews, does not filter competitors, does not change a star rating
  • Unmatched reviewer emails stay unmatched — no guessing the order

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

6

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$300

6 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 90 new reviews/month × 4 min to find, draft a reply, and post.

11 — Pricing

Buy it outright, or get it with a plan.

One-time

$1,490

  • Perpetual single-workspace license to this product’s logic, UI and connectors. Runs still spend credits.
  • Returns $596 as non-expiring credits at your tier’s rate.
  • Twelve months of updates and connector maintenance included.

Per run

10 credits

$0.20 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.

Credit class: light

Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.

12 — Security

Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools.

A scoped OAuth token pulls only the objects the inputs above require, writes the outputs back to your system of record, and keeps the run payload for your workspace retention window. Revoke the token in your IdP or in the dashboard; connector secrets are deleted within 24 hours of a disconnect.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

14 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

Public reviews are a second inbox nobody owns. A 1-star sits for four days, a 5-star gets nothing, and the 1-star that was a late UPS truck never becomes a Gorgias ticket. Gradeline is a connected review desk. It pulls Shopify product reviews and, where you connect them, Google Business Profile and Trustpilot listings. It drafts a reply from your template and opens a helpdesk ticket for ≤2-star reviews, with the order ID when the reviewer email matches Shopify.

It does not buy reviews, scrape competitors, or auto-post a 1-star reply without a human. You can enable auto-post on 5-stars only. One-time license because the job is a desk, not a monthly service; you still click send on anything below 5. If you already live in a reputation suite and it is posting same-day, skip this. Buy it when reviews are a Chrome tab the intern checks on Fridays.

15 — Questions / 5 answered

Before you buy.

What does it need from me before it can run?

New reviews; star-band templates; auto-post flag (5-star only); helpdesk; Shopify customer emails; SLA hours. Nothing else is collected for a run.

How long does setup take?

35 minutes. Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools. You authorise Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, Slack, Google Business Profile, Trustpilot once.

What does it cost to own?

$1,490 once — band 2, Workhorse. Runs still spend credits. It is also included in the Starter plan at $290/mo — buying it outright is the way to keep it after a plan ends.

What does it hand back?

Draft (or 5-star posted) reply; low-star helpdesk ticket; order match or unmatched flag; SLA miss nag.

Where does the hours-saved number come from?

90 new reviews/month × 4 min to find, draft a reply, and post
