03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

~18h of recap, clips, CRM sequence, and replay page across 2 events, cut to ~4h review

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 6 outputs

Assembles post-event recap, social cuts, HubSpot follow-up, and a replay landing draft from one recording.

  • Recap campaign draft
  • clip/caption list
  • Buffer drafts

05 — One run

What one run takes in, and what it puts back.

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

In

  • Recording
  • slide deck
  • attendee list
  • email template
  • HubSpot sequence owner
  • replay CMS destination
  • Buffer channels (optional)

Out

  • Recap campaign draft
  • clip/caption list
  • Buffer drafts
  • HubSpot sequence drafts
  • replay page draft
  • leftover checklist

06 — How it works / 90 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect HubSpot and Mailchimp

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

    Recording, slide deck.

  3. 03

    It runs

Recap campaign draft — on a trigger or a schedule, 90 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • Ingests recording + deck + attendee list; refuses to start with only a recording
  • Recap draft in your Mailchimp or Klaviyo template, segmented attended vs registered-no-show
  • Cut list of six moments with timestamps and captions; Buffer drafts when connected
  • HubSpot sequence for three cohorts (attended, no-show, replay); Aftercast does not enroll without a human
  • Replay page draft in Webflow or WordPress with chapter headings from the deck
  • Checklist cannot mark “done” without the recap campaign, the sequence, and the replay URL
  • Slack nag 24 hours after the event for any artifact still missing

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

14

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$700

14 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: ~18h of recap, clips, CRM sequence, and replay page across 2 events, cut to ~4h review.

11 — Pricing

This one comes with the plan.

Included

Included in Enterprise · from $7,500/mo

  • No separate purchase. Runs spend credits from the plan’s monthly grant.

Per run

700 credits

$14.00 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.

Credit class: heavy

Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.

12 — Security

Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools.

A scoped OAuth token pulls only the objects the inputs above require, writes the outputs back to your system of record, and keeps the run payload for your workspace retention window. Revoke the token in your IdP or in the dashboard; connector secrets are deleted within 24 hours of a disconnect.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

13 — Customers

Someone like you, running this.

14 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

Webinar ROI dies in the 48 hours after. The recording sits in a Zoom folder, the recap email is late, nobody cuts clips, the HubSpot sequence is last quarter’s, and the replay URL is a raw Zoom link. Aftercast is a pack: one job-to-be-done with four artifacts. You drop the recording, the slide deck, and the attendee list (HubSpot or CSV). It drafts the recap email into Mailchimp or Klaviyo, cuts six captioned clip scripts (and Buffer drafts if you connect Buffer), builds a HubSpot sequence for attended / no-show / on-demand, and opens a Webflow or WordPress replay page draft with chapters from the deck titles.

It is not a webinar platform. It does not host the live event, run Zoom, or qualify leads beyond the fields you already captured. Clip *video rendering* is out of scope unless you attach already-cut files; the pack writes the cut list and captions, a human or an editor still exports the MP4. If you already have a demand-gen pod that ships this packet before noon the next day, do not buy it. It is for teams whose follow-up is a thank-you email three days later. One-time pack price; you run it each event.
