03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

4 issues/month × (60 min sourcing from CMS/CRM + 50 min section drafts + 40 min campaign build)

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 5 outputs

Assembles a newsletter draft from recent posts and CRM stories and opens it in Mailchimp or Klaviyo.

  • Issue outline
  • section drafts
  • draft campaign in Mailchimp or Klaviyo

05 — One run

What one run takes in, and what it puts back.

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

In

  • Recent CMS posts
  • tagged HubSpot notes
  • email template
  • UTM defaults
  • send calendar
  • CTA URL

Out

  • Issue outline
  • section drafts
  • draft campaign in Mailchimp or Klaviyo
  • UTM’d links
  • skip/thin-week flag

06 — How it works / 30 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect Mailchimp and Klaviyo

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

Recent CMS posts, tagged HubSpot notes.

  3. 03

    It runs

Issue outline — on a trigger or a schedule, 30 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • Candidate stories from new CMS posts and HubSpot notes you tag `newsletter`
  • Outline with a single primary CTA; refuses three competing buttons
  • Drafts into your existing Mailchimp or Klaviyo template, not a new layout
  • UTM defaults per issue (source, medium, campaign name you set once)
  • Subject-line + preview-text pair; no emoji unless your last 10 sends used them
  • Flags a week with fewer than two real links instead of padding with “thoughts”
  • Send remains a human click in Mailchimp or Klaviyo; Issueline never sends

It touches these, and nothing else.

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

10

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$500

10 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 4 issues/month × (60 min sourcing from CMS/CRM + 50 min section drafts + 40 min campaign build).

11 — Pricing

Buy it outright, or get it with a plan.

One-time

$1,490

  • Perpetual single-workspace license to this product’s logic, UI and connectors. Runs still spend credits.
  • Returns $596 as non-expiring credits at your tier’s rate.
  • Twelve months of updates and connector maintenance included.

Per run

45 credits

$0.90 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.

Credit class: standard

Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.

12 — Packs / 1 pack

What else is in the pack.

  • Part of the Aftercast pack

The day-after packet: recap email, clips, CRM sequence, replay page

    • Cutdown

The pack owes six captioned moments and social drafts, which is Cutdown's job: it cuts one long asset into the short posts and queues them in Buffer as drafts rather than posting them.

    • Stepladder

The attended / no-show / on-demand follow-up is a sequence enrolment with a personalised first line, and Stepladder is the product that enrols contacts into sequences you already own instead of inventing new ones.

    • Serpdesk

The replay page is a CMS draft, not a live URL, and Serpdesk is the product that produces a WordPress or Webflow draft with meta fields and an internal-link list from material you already have.

    • Yeshold

The point of the follow-up sequence is a meeting, and Yeshold turns the yes-replies it produces into a booked event on the right calendar with the CRM activity written back.

Included in Enterprise · from $7,500/mo

13 — Security

Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools.

A scoped OAuth token pulls only the objects the inputs above require, writes the outputs back to your system of record, and keeps the run payload for your workspace retention window. Revoke the token in your IdP or in the dashboard; connector secrets are deleted within 24 hours of a disconnect.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

14 — Customers

Someone like you, running this.

15 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

The weekly send is not copywriting. It is hunting three links from the last fortnight, rewriting the lede so it is not the blog H1, building the campaign in Mailchimp, and putting UTMs on by hand. Issueline watches WordPress/Webflow publishes and HubSpot closed-won or campaign notes you flag, proposes an issue outline (one lede, two supporting links, one CTA), drafts the sections, and opens a *draft campaign* in Mailchimp or Klaviyo on your template.

It does not hit send. List choice, audience filters, and the actual send stay in Mailchimp or Klaviyo. It will not write a five-thousand word essay or a personal founder letter from nothing — if the week has no new posts and no flagged CRM story, it says so and you skip. If your newsletter is already a 20-minute Mailchimp paste from a running Google Doc, this is overhead. Buy it when sourcing plus campaign build is a half-day, four times a month.

16 — Questions / 5 answered

Before you buy.

What does it need from me before it can run?

Recent CMS posts; tagged HubSpot notes; email template; UTM defaults; send calendar; CTA URL. Nothing else is collected for a run.

How long does setup take?

30 minutes. Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools. You authorise Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, WordPress, Webflow, Slack once.

What does it cost to own?

$1,490 once — band 2, Workhorse. Runs still spend credits. It is also included in the Starter plan at $290/mo — buying it outright is the way to keep it after a plan ends.

What does it hand back?

Issue outline; section drafts; draft campaign in Mailchimp or Klaviyo; UTM’d links; skip/thin-week flag.

Where does the hours-saved number come from?

4 issues/month × (60 min sourcing from CMS/CRM + 50 min section drafts + 40 min campaign build)
