03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

30 meetings/month × 15 min of calendar back-and-forth (~7.5h), plus ~2.5h of no-show reschedules

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 4 outputs

Turns yes-replies and inbound demo requests into booked meetings on the right calendar.

  • Booked calendar event
  • CRM meeting activity
  • confirmation email

05 — One run

What one run takes in, and what it puts back.

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

In

  • Positive-reply or demo-request event
  • owner calendar
  • meeting type (15/30)
  • CRM contact
  • no-show policy

Out

  • Booked calendar event
  • CRM meeting activity
  • confirmation email
  • no-show task

06 — How it works / 25 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect Calendly and HubSpot

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

Positive-reply or demo-request event, owner calendar.

  3. 03

    It runs

Booked calendar event — on a trigger or a schedule, 25 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • Triggers on positive reply intent, demo-request forms, and a Slack “book this” emoji you define
  • Books via Calendly or HubSpot Meetings on the assigned owner’s calendar — not a shared fake inbox
  • Writes the event, attendees, and source thread onto the HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive record
  • Confirmation and reminder from your mailbox; Yeshold is not the meeting host
  • One no-show reschedule pass, then a CRM task; it will not nag daily
  • Time-zone from the contact record or the thread, not from the AE’s laptop
  • Will not book over holds marked busy, and will not double-book two AEs on one inbound

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

10

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$500

10 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 30 meetings/month × 15 min of calendar back-and-forth (~7.5h), plus ~2.5h of no-show reschedules.

11 — Pricing

Buy it outright, or get it with a plan.

One-time

$3,900

  • Perpetual single-workspace license to this product’s logic, UI and connectors. Runs still spend credits.
  • Returns $1,560 as non-expiring credits at your tier’s rate.
  • Twelve months of updates and connector maintenance included.

Per run

8 credits

$0.16 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.

Credit class: light

Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.

12 — Packs / 1 pack

What else is in the pack.

  • Part of the Aftercast pack

The day-after packet: recap email, clips, CRM sequence, replay page

    • Issueline

Aftercast's recap has to land as a draft campaign in the tool you already send from; Issueline is the product that assembles an email from what you just published and opens it in Mailchimp or Klaviyo.

    • Cutdown

The pack owes six captioned moments and social drafts, which is Cutdown's job: it cuts one long asset into the short posts and queues them in Buffer as drafts rather than posting them.

    • Stepladder

The attended / no-show / on-demand follow-up is a sequence enrolment with a personalised first line, and Stepladder is the product that enrols contacts into sequences you already own instead of inventing new ones.

    • Serpdesk

The replay page is a CMS draft, not a live URL, and Serpdesk is the product that produces a WordPress or Webflow draft with meta fields and an internal-link list from material you already have.

Included in Enterprise · from $7,500/mo

13 — Security

Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools.

A scoped OAuth token pulls only the objects the inputs above require, writes the outputs back to your system of record, and keeps the run payload for your workspace retention window. Revoke the token in your IdP or in the dashboard; connector secrets are deleted within 24 hours of a disconnect.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

14 — Customers

Someone like you, running this.

15 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

Appointment-setting here is not a BDR farm. It is three emails to find a time, a Calendly link sent too late, a no-show, and a CRM task that still says “follow up.” Yeshold watches the places a “yes, let’s talk” actually appears: sequence replies in Outreach or Gmail, inbound demo requests that Gatepass already scored, and Slack handoffs. It offers times from the owner’s Calendly or HubSpot Meetings round-robin, books the event, writes the meeting onto the CRM record, and sends the confirmation from your domain.

It does not cold-call. It does not book a meeting because a contact opened an email. No-shows get one reschedule pass you configure, then a task, not an infinite loop. If you already live in Chili Piper or a full Calendly + HubSpot workflow that books from the form, skip this. Buy it when the yes is in the inbox and the hold still takes a quarter-hour of tennis.

16 — Questions / 5 answered

Before you buy.

What does it need from me before it can run?

Positive-reply or demo-request event; owner calendar; meeting type (15/30); CRM contact; no-show policy. Nothing else is collected for a run.

How long does setup take?

25 minutes. Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools. You authorise Calendly, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Outreach, Gmail, Slack once.

What does it cost to own?

$3,900 once — band 3, Operator. Runs still spend credits. It is also included in the Starter plan at $290/mo — buying it outright is the way to keep it after a plan ends.

What does it hand back?

Booked calendar event; CRM meeting activity; confirmation email; no-show task.

Where does the hours-saved number come from?

30 meetings/month × 15 min of calendar back-and-forth (~7.5h), plus ~2.5h of no-show reschedules
