03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

4 reps × 20 activities/week × 2 min to log (~11h), plus ~4h of monthly duplicate sweep, minus ~3h reviewing noisy auto-logs

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 5 outputs

Logs activities from mail and calendar, fills empty fields, and queues duplicate merges.

  • Logged activities
  • filled empty fields
  • duplicate-merge queue

05 — One run

What one run takes in, and what it puts back.

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

In

  • CRM records
  • connected mailboxes and calendars
  • fillable property list
  • duplicate match rules
  • do-not-log addresses

Out

  • Logged activities
  • filled empty fields
  • duplicate-merge queue
  • stale-deal list
  • audit log

06 — How it works / 45 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect HubSpot and Salesforce

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

CRM records, connected mailboxes and calendars.

  3. 03

    It runs

Logged activities — on a trigger or a schedule, 45 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • Mail and calendar activities onto the matching contact/deal; BCC-to-CRM is optional, not required
  • Fills only empty properties you list; never overwrites a non-empty field
  • Weekly duplicate queue (email, domain, LinkedIn URL) with a recommended master — merge is a human click
  • Suppresses newsletters, job-alert mail, and addresses you put on a do-not-log list
  • Stale-deal ping: close date in the past, no activity in N days, still “open”
  • Audit log of every fill and every proposed merge; Fieldkeep is not a silent janitor
  • Does not delete records and does not “enrich” by guessing a phone number

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

12

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$600

12 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 4 reps × 20 activities/week × 2 min to log (~11h), plus ~4h of monthly duplicate sweep, minus ~3h reviewing noisy auto-logs.

11 — Pricing

Buy it outright, or get it with a plan.

One-time

$7,900

  • Perpetual single-workspace license to this product’s logic, UI and connectors. Runs still spend credits.
  • Returns $3,160 as non-expiring credits at your tier’s rate.
  • Twelve months of updates and connector maintenance included.

Per run

8 credits

$0.16 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.

Credit class: light

Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.

12 — Security

Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools.

A scoped OAuth token pulls only the objects the inputs above require, writes the outputs back to your system of record, and keeps the run payload for your workspace retention window. Revoke the token in your IdP or in the dashboard; connector secrets are deleted within 24 hours of a disconnect.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

Someone like you, running this.

14 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

CRM hygiene at 10–200 people is not a RevOps team. It is empty next-step fields, meetings that happened and never hit the timeline, and three records for the same domain. Forecasts then lie. Fieldkeep is a workflow. It logs sent/received mail and completed calendar events onto the matching HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive record, fills a small set of empty properties from the last clear source (industry, employee band, website), and once a week produces a duplicate queue: same domain, same email, same LinkedIn URL — with a recommended master. A human clicks merge. Fieldkeep does not.

It will not invent next steps or overwrite a field a rep typed this week. Auto-logged marketing newsletters will create noise the first month; you suppress those mailboxes. If you already pay for a full Gong + Salesforce logging stack and a dedicated ops person on duplicates, skip it. Buy it when the CRM is a graveyard except for the deals that close this month, and pipeline review is an argument about whether the meeting happened.

15 — Questions / 5 answered

Before you buy.

What does it need from me before it can run?

CRM records; connected mailboxes and calendars; fillable property list; duplicate match rules; do-not-log addresses. Nothing else is collected for a run.

How long does setup take?

45 minutes. Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools. You authorise HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Gmail, Microsoft 365, Slack once.

What does it cost to own?

$7,900 once — band 4, System. Runs still spend credits. It is also included in the Starter plan at $290/mo — buying it outright is the way to keep it after a plan ends.

What does it hand back?

Logged activities; filled empty fields; duplicate-merge queue; stale-deal list; audit log.

Where does the hours-saved number come from?

4 reps × 20 activities/week × 2 min to log (~11h), plus ~4h of monthly duplicate sweep, minus ~3h reviewing noisy auto-logs
