03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

4 weekly pipeline meetings × 2.5h of CRM export, slip list, and slides

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 5 outputs

Builds the weekly pipeline briefing from live CRM deals, slips, and call notes.

  • Weekly briefing doc
  • slip list
  • no-next-step list

05 — One run

What one run takes in, and what it puts back.

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

In

  • Open deals
  • prior-week snapshot
  • dollar floor
  • quota number
  • optional call notes
  • meeting day/time

Out

  • Weekly briefing doc
  • slip list
  • no-next-step list
  • coverage vs quota line
  • Slack post

06 — How it works / 35 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect HubSpot and Salesforce

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

    Open deals, prior-week snapshot.

  3. 03

    It runs

Weekly briefing doc — on a trigger or a schedule, 35 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • Open deals above a dollar floor you set, from HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
  • Week-over-week: amount change, close-date slip, stage change — with the previous value
  • No-next-step and past-close-date lists; the meeting still happens, the archaeology does not
  • Optional last-call next step from Callsheet or Gong, cited, not paraphrased into optimism
  • Coverage vs quota from the number you type in; Pipebrief will not invent quota
  • Slack or Google Doc briefing; it is not a dashboard nobody opens
  • Does not change stages, amounts, or close dates — briefing only

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

10

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$500

10 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 4 weekly pipeline meetings × 2.5h of CRM export, slip list, and slides.

11 — Pricing

Buy it outright, or get it with a plan.

One-time

$7,900

  • Perpetual single-workspace license to this product’s logic, UI and connectors. Runs still spend credits.
  • Returns $3,160 as non-expiring credits at your tier’s rate.
  • Twelve months of updates and connector maintenance included.

Per run

280 credits

$5.60 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.

Credit class: heavy

Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.

12 — Packs / 1 pack

What else is in the pack.

  • Part of the Keyfile pack

The transaction file from accepted offer to closing checklist, with the dates already on a calendar

    • Fieldpull

Every deadline in the file comes out of the contract's date fields, and Fieldpull is the product that reads mapped fields from a signed PDF or completed envelope into the destination record.

    • Vendorgate

The chase to title, escrow, lender and inspector is a missing-file checklist against outside parties, which is the job Vendorgate already does for vendor packets — chase, flag, and hold until complete.

    • Offerbook

The disclosure packet is stubbed from the last closed file for that county or HOA pattern, and Offerbook assembles a document from a locked library and keeps the version history the broker will be asked for.

    • Slotshift

Inspections, walkthroughs and signings get booked and moved out of an email thread, and Slotshift creates and cancels those events and writes the confirmation back onto the thread.

    One-time

Or included in Growth at $990/mo.

13 — Security

Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools.

A scoped OAuth token pulls only the objects the inputs above require, writes the outputs back to your system of record, and keeps the run payload for your workspace retention window. Revoke the token in your IdP or in the dashboard; connector secrets are deleted within 24 hours of a disconnect.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

14 — Customers

Someone like you, running this.

15 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

The pipeline meeting is an hour. The prep is two. Someone exports HubSpot, colors a spreadsheet, hunts for “what slipped since last Monday,” and pastes screenshots into slides the manager will not trust because the CRM is stale (that is Fieldkeep’s job). Pipebrief is a workflow on a Sunday/Monday schedule. It pulls open deals above a dollar floor, compares this week vs last (amount, close date, stage), attaches the last Callsheet/Gong next-step if present, and writes a briefing to Slack or Google Docs: coverage vs quota, slipped dates, deals with no next step, and the five that need a decision in the room.

It does not forecast. No commit/best-case math you did not already store, no “AI predicted close date.” Managers who want a crystal ball will hate it; that is the point. If Clari or a living forecast already runs the meeting, this is a thinner packet. Buy it when the review still starts with “give me five minutes, I’m pulling the report.”

16 — Questions / 5 answered

What does it need from me before it can run?

Open deals; prior-week snapshot; dollar floor; quota number; optional call notes; meeting day/time. Nothing else is collected for a run.

How long does setup take?

35 minutes. Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools. You authorise HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Gong, Slack, Google Docs once.

What does it cost to own?

$7,900 once — band 4, System. Runs still spend credits. It is also included in the Growth plan at $990/mo — buying it outright is the way to keep it after a plan ends.

What does it hand back?
