The renewal submission packet, assembled, before a producer picks a market
Bindready opens the file 90/60/30 days out from an expiration list, which is Keepwatch's shape from the sales-revenue shelf: a dated renewal watch that produces a task with a named owner rather than a reminder nobody holds.
"Packet complete / missing loss run / missing signed app" is exactly Vendorgate's pattern from the operations-hr shelf — a checklist that chases the missing file from a counterparty and holds the record out of "ready" until it exists.
The submission that leaves the office is a document built from office templates with a release and view log, which is what Offerbook does for a proposal — assemble from a locked library, version it, and log who released it.
The market checklist per line of business is office knowledge, not a placement recommendation, and Askbook answers from documents you uploaded with a citation or an honest handoff — which is the only safe way to surface it.
Eligibility and the prior-auth packet, sitting on the biller’s desk before the visit
A prior-auth packet is a checklist held out of "ready" until every required document exists, which is the chase-and-hold mechanic Vendorgate already runs for vendor compliance files.
Coverready exists because two people are on hold with payers every afternoon; Callcatch takes the inbound front-desk calls for hours and booking and turns the rest into a ticket instead of a voicemail.
When eligibility is unmatched the visit goes on hold and has to be moved, and Slotshift is the customer-experience product that books and reschedules from the thread and writes the confirmation back.
The packet has to reach a named biller's queue rather than a shared mailbox, and Sortlane routes new items to queue, tags and assignee with an exception list for whatever it cannot place.

A new matter file the attorney can actually open, with the conflict worksheet already in it
The conflict worksheet is a name-matching job that must stop short of a decision, and Truekeys is built to produce exactly that: an apply list, a review list, and a will-not-merge list left for a human.
Related entities — the spouse, the employer, the adverse party — have to be found and sourced before the worksheet means anything, and Veinlist researches an entity into a sourced firm file with contacts.
New files rot in a shared inbox named "intakes" until someone owns them; Gatepass is the product that scores an inbound record, assigns an owner, and breaches loudly when the SLA passes.
The engagement letter is assembled from the last template for that practice area and must carry version history, which is Offerbook's mechanic — a document from a locked library with a view and accept log.
The pay-application packet, assembled from the job, before the PM certifies a single percent
The schedule of values is rolled forward from last month's workbook and has to foot, and Sheetfold consolidates source workbooks into one mapped table with a control total and a footing exception.
Line-level backup is AP invoices coded to a cost code, and Billtray from the finance shelf is the product that pulls vendor bills out of the mailbox and codes them against the job's history.
"Missing waiver blocks that line from ready" is Vendorgate's exact behaviour for a subcontractor packet — chase the COI and the compliance file, flag the expiry, and hold the record until it is green.
A pay application is the invoice that leaves the building, and Ledgerline drafts, numbers, attaches and posts a customer invoice — the step Jobdraw holds in draft until a named PM certifies.
The transaction file from accepted offer to closing checklist, with the dates already on a calendar
The chase to title, escrow, lender and inspector is a missing-file checklist against outside parties, which is the job Vendorgate already does for vendor packets — chase, flag, and hold until complete.
The disclosure packet is stubbed from the last closed file for that county or HOA pattern, and Offerbook assembles a document from a locked library and keeps the version history the broker will be asked for.
Inspections, walkthroughs and signings get booked and moved out of an email thread, and Slotshift creates and cancels those events and writes the confirmation back onto the thread.
The weekly digest — files by days-to-close with what is still outstanding — is Pipebrief's shape from the sales-revenue shelf: a briefing built from live records with a slip list and a no-next-step list.
Milestone exceptions and missing PODs, named, before the customer asks where the freight is
Lanehold watches milestones and must say whether a miss is real or the tracker being wrong, which is Driftnote's defining output: the break, the cut that moved, and a tracking-suspect flag.
"Where is my freight" is a where-is-my-order ticket answered from the fulfilment record, and Shipask is the product that answers it with tracking and ETA and parks the ones it cannot match.
The exception list is a queue a coordinator works down before the customer calls, and Heatlist produces exactly that daily list with the misses that escalated off it logged.
The invoice-hold flag only means something if the invoice actually goes the moment the POD lands, and Ledgerline is the finance-shelf product that drafts, sends and posts it.
Client source documents in the organizer slots, with the missing-form list named
Organtray needs the same mechanic Billtray runs on an AP mailbox: documents arriving unsorted, coded against a prior-year map, with duplicate and exception flags rather than a guess.
A brokerage statement split across seven files has to become one mapped table, and Sheetfold does that consolidation with a per-file error list and a map diff you can reopen next season.
The missing-item list is a checklist against an outside party that holds the file until it is green, which is Vendorgate's pattern applied to a client instead of a vendor.
The chase itself is a scheduled reminder from the firm's own mailbox with every touch logged, and that cadence-plus-log is what Duesday does from the finance shelf.
The first-week run for a new hire, assembled before their laptop arrives
Weekone's own copy says its account and laptop requests are "tickets Keycut can consume" and that provisioning on join is Keycut's job, so the pack is the request writer and Keycut is the hand that fulfils it.
The day-by-day tasks come from a role template somebody has to write, and Playwrite turns a recording of the job being done into the draft SOP that template is built from.
Week one is when a hire asks the handbook the most questions, and Askbook answers them with the cited paragraph or an honest handoff to the HR owner.
Orientation, the manager 1:1 and the buddy session all have to be booked across several calendars and logged, which is the booking-and-write-back mechanic Holdslot already runs for interview panels.

A scoped OAuth token pulls only the objects the inputs above require, writes the outputs back to your system of record, and keeps the run payload for your workspace retention window. Revoke the token in your IdP or in the dashboard; connector secrets are deleted within 24 hours of a disconnect.
Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

HR and ops still re-type what a PDF already contains: I-9 fields, offer-letter comp, COI limits, W-9 TIN, a benefits election. Fieldpull extracts the fields you mapped for that document type and writes a row to BambooHR, Google Sheets, or Notion. Price is usage: $39 per 100 documents you run in a month (the `price_usd` meter). A 50-document month is still $39; 250 documents is $117.
It is not an I-9 auditor of record and it does not file with USCIS. Handwriting and scans under 150 dpi go to exceptions. Restricted fields you mark (SSN, TIN, DOB) are written to the destination you name and are not kept on nox.markets after the job. If Rippling or Gusto already collects these in native forms, do not scan them back into PDFs to feed this. Buy it when the shared Drive folder is still the intake and a coordinator keys the HRIS at 6pm.
