03 — Proof
The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

10 — The money
Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.
6
You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.
Recovered per month
$300
6 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

$490
Per run
40 credits
$0.80 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.
Credit class: standard
Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.
12 — Packs / 3 packs
The renewal submission packet, assembled, before a producer picks a market
Bindready opens the file 90/60/30 days out from an expiration list, which is Keepwatch's shape from the sales-revenue shelf: a dated renewal watch that produces a task with a named owner rather than a reminder nobody holds.
Application and ACORD fields are copied out of the expiring policy PDF, and Fieldpull is the operations-hr product that extracts mapped fields from a PDF into a destination record and parks what it cannot read.
"Packet complete / missing loss run / missing signed app" is exactly Vendorgate's pattern from the operations-hr shelf — a checklist that chases the missing file from a counterparty and holds the record out of "ready" until it exists.
The submission that leaves the office is a document built from office templates with a release and view log, which is what Offerbook does for a proposal — assemble from a locked library, version it, and log who released it.
The RFP workbook filled from answers you have already given — gaps named, not guessed
Incoming workbooks and past RFP files have to be mapped column by column and exported back in the buyer's structure, which is Sheetfold's column map, map diff and per-file error list.
A below-threshold cell becomes a task for a named SME with a due date — and Actionline is built on the rule that it will not create a task without an owner, which is the behaviour the gap list needs.
The response that reaches the buyer is a document assembled from a locked content library with version history, which is Offerbook's output rather than a raw spreadsheet.
RFPs ask how you compare, and Rivalcard keeps the one-page answer current and attaches it to the deal instead of leaving a 2023 slide to be pasted in.

The first-week run for a new hire, assembled before their laptop arrives
Weekone's own copy says its account and laptop requests are "tickets Keycut can consume" and that provisioning on join is Keycut's job, so the pack is the request writer and Keycut is the hand that fulfils it.
A checklist item is only done when the DocuSign envelope is complete, and Fieldpull is what reads that completed envelope's mapped fields into the HRIS instead of someone retyping them.
The day-by-day tasks come from a role template somebody has to write, and Playwrite turns a recording of the job being done into the draft SOP that template is built from.
Orientation, the manager 1:1 and the buddy session all have to be booked across several calendars and logged, which is the booking-and-write-back mechanic Holdslot already runs for interview panels.

13 — Security
You type or upload into our app. Data lands in our region, is processed there, and the results stay in our app until you export them or a connected write-back exists.
Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

15 — Detail
Policy questions at this size are not a knowledge-base project. They are Slack pings: parental leave, holiday shutdown, laptop stipend, “can I expense this.” HR finds the PDF, quotes a paragraph, and the same question returns next month. Askbook is a hosted Q&A desk over the handbook you upload (or the Notion/Drive folder you point at). Answers cite the section and the date of the file. If the handbook is silent, it says so and opens a ticket instead of inventing a rule.
It is not a lawyer and it will not override a manager. Conflicting PDFs (2023 handbook vs 2025 addendum) are an exception, not a guess. It will not answer performance, discipline, or medical questions — those route to a named owner. If the company is 15 people and the founder answers #ask-hr in 30 seconds, skip it. Buy it when the people-ops inbox is the search engine for a 40-page handbook last updated twice.
