03 — Proof
The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

10 — The money
Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.
8
You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.
Recovered per month
$400
8 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.
Where the hours come from: 12 proposals/month × 40 min to pull pricing, drop in case studies, and export a PDF.
11 — Pricing
One-time
$490
Per run
12 credits
$0.24 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.
Credit class: light
Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.
12 — Packs / 4 packs
The renewal submission packet, assembled, before a producer picks a market
Bindready opens the file 90/60/30 days out from an expiration list, which is Keepwatch's shape from the sales-revenue shelf: a dated renewal watch that produces a task with a named owner rather than a reminder nobody holds.
Application and ACORD fields are copied out of the expiring policy PDF, and Fieldpull is the operations-hr product that extracts mapped fields from a PDF into a destination record and parks what it cannot read.
"Packet complete / missing loss run / missing signed app" is exactly Vendorgate's pattern from the operations-hr shelf — a checklist that chases the missing file from a counterparty and holds the record out of "ready" until it exists.
The market checklist per line of business is office knowledge, not a placement recommendation, and Askbook answers from documents you uploaded with a citation or an honest handoff — which is the only safe way to surface it.
A new matter file the attorney can actually open, with the conflict worksheet already in it
The conflict worksheet is a name-matching job that must stop short of a decision, and Truekeys is built to produce exactly that: an apply list, a review list, and a will-not-merge list left for a human.
Related entities — the spouse, the employer, the adverse party — have to be found and sourced before the worksheet means anything, and Veinlist researches an entity into a sourced firm file with contacts.
New files rot in a shared inbox named "intakes" until someone owns them; Gatepass is the product that scores an inbound record, assigns an owner, and breaches loudly when the SLA passes.
Intake and engagement paperwork arrive as PDFs and completed envelopes, and Fieldpull writes their mapped fields into the destination record instead of a paralegal retyping them.
The transaction file from accepted offer to closing checklist, with the dates already on a calendar
Every deadline in the file comes out of the contract's date fields, and Fieldpull is the product that reads mapped fields from a signed PDF or completed envelope into the destination record.
The chase to title, escrow, lender and inspector is a missing-file checklist against outside parties, which is the job Vendorgate already does for vendor packets — chase, flag, and hold until complete.
Inspections, walkthroughs and signings get booked and moved out of an email thread, and Slotshift creates and cancels those events and writes the confirmation back onto the thread.
The weekly digest — files by days-to-close with what is still outstanding — is Pipebrief's shape from the sales-revenue shelf: a briefing built from live records with a slip list and a no-next-step list.
The RFP workbook filled from answers you have already given — gaps named, not guessed
The answer library is the heart of the pack: Askbook answers from documents you uploaded with a citation, hands off when it cannot, and keeps a digest of what went unanswered.
Incoming workbooks and past RFP files have to be mapped column by column and exported back in the buyer's structure, which is Sheetfold's column map, map diff and per-file error list.
A below-threshold cell becomes a task for a named SME with a due date — and Actionline is built on the rule that it will not create a task without an owner, which is the behaviour the gap list needs.
RFPs ask how you compare, and Rivalcard keeps the one-page answer current and attaches it to the deal instead of leaving a 2023 slide to be pasted in.

13 — Security
You type or upload into our app. Data lands in our region, is processed there, and the results stay in our app until you export them or a connected write-back exists.
Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

15 — Detail
Sales proposals die in two places: last quarter’s Google Doc with the wrong SKU, and the version the buyer forwarded that is not the version in the CRM. Offerbook is a hosted proposal desk. You pick the deal. It pulls company name, line items, close date, and owner from HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive, drops in approved case studies and scope language from a library you maintain, and renders your template as PDF or a view-only link. View and accept timestamps write back to the deal.
It is a one-time license because the job is a tool, not a monthly service. It does not post invoices or tax — that is Bidline in `finance-backoffice`. It is not CPQ for 400 SKUs and three approval layers, and it is not an RFP workbook (that is Reqdesk). If PandaDoc or Proposify already round-trips into the CRM and reps actually use it, you do not need this. Buy it when proposals are a duplicated deck and pricing is a screenshot of a spreadsheet.
