03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

180 duplicate/conflict rows/month × 2 min to inspect and merge (6h), plus ~5h of spreadsheet matching, minus ~1h remaining true-conflict review

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 5 outputs

Matches duplicate customers and dirty fields, and leaves true conflicts for a human.

  • Apply list
  • review list
  • will-not-merge list

05 — Architecture

It runs inside your perimeter.

Your data does not enter nox.markets production. We receive license telemetry only, and the product runs on your own model keys.

06 — How it works / 90 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect Postgres and Stripe

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

    Customer tables, Stripe customer list.

  3. 03

    It runs

Apply list — on a trigger or a schedule, 90 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • Match rules you save: exact email, domain, Stripe id, then name+geo fuzzy
  • Three output piles: apply, review, will-not-merge — not one blended “score”
  • Broken-email, blank-required, and two-row Stripe-id checks as first-class issues
  • Merge packet to Sheets/Postgres; Truekeys is not the customer master
  • Threshold cannot be “100% auto”; review pile stays visible
  • Runs in your environment; the customer file does not have to leave
  • Does not overwrite the system of record without an apply step you run

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

10

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$500

10 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 180 duplicate/conflict rows/month × 2 min to inspect and merge (6h), plus ~5h of spreadsheet matching, minus ~1h remaining true-conflict review.

11 — Pricing

Licensed by the year, run on your keys.

Annual license

$18,000/yr

  • Runs on your infrastructure and your model keys.
  • Consumes no credits.

Per run

Nothing. A self-hosted product bills no credits, because the inference is yours.

12 — Packs / 1 pack

What else is in the pack.

  • Part of the Fileopen pack

A new matter file the attorney can actually open, with the conflict worksheet already in it

    • Veinlist

Related entities — the spouse, the employer, the adverse party — have to be found and sourced before the worksheet means anything, and Veinlist researches an entity into a sourced firm file with contacts.

    • Gatepass

New files rot in a shared inbox named "intakes" until someone owns them; Gatepass is the product that scores an inbound record, assigns an owner, and breaches loudly when the SLA passes.

    • Fieldpull

Intake and engagement paperwork arrive as PDFs and completed envelopes, and Fieldpull writes their mapped fields into the destination record instead of a paralegal retyping them.

    • Offerbook

The engagement letter is assembled from the last template for that practice area and must carry version history, which is Offerbook's mechanic — a document from a locked library with a view and accept log.

13 — Security

You run it, we license it.

Your data does not enter nox.markets production. We receive license telemetry only, and the product runs on your own model keys.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

14 — Customers

Someone like you, running this.

15 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

Duplicate customers are not a data-science problem. They are `acme.com` vs `acmeco.com`, a Stripe customer that never got the CRM id, two Airtable rows for the same bill-to, and a Sheet that finance still treats as master. The cost is not “bad data.” It is two invoices, a missed churn, a cohort that double-counts, and a support thread that cannot find the person. Cleanup is a quarterly heroics session with VLOOKUP.

Truekeys is a workflow you run in your environment (`self-hosted`) because the file is names, emails, phones, and Stripe ids. It is a per-product annual license at $18,000/yr: it runs on your own keys and consumes no credits. It matches on rules you save (email, normalized domain, Stripe id, then fuzzy name+geo), proposes merges above a threshold, and refuses to execute the rest. Output is three lists: auto-merge (you still have to apply it in the system of record), review, and will-not-merge. It also flags broken emails, empty required fields, and Stripe ids that point at two rows.

It will not enrich from the public web, scrape LinkedIn, or become a CDP. It will not write to Stripe or Postgres unless you apply the file — the default is a merge packet. If you already run a real MDM, this is a downgrade. Buy it when finance, sales, and support each have a different count of “customers” and the recon is still a spreadsheet.

16 — Questions / 5 answered

Before you buy.

What does it need from me before it can run?

Customer tables; Stripe customer list; match rules; required-field list; apply destination. Nothing else is collected for a run.

How long does setup take?

90 minutes. You run it, we license it. You authorise Postgres, Stripe, Airtable, Google Sheets, Snowflake, BigQuery once.

What does it cost to own?

$18,000 per year for this product, running on your own keys, consuming no credits. The hosted build of the same product is included in the Growth plan at $990/mo.

What does it hand back?

Apply list; review list; will-not-merge list; field-error list; merge packet.

Where does the hours-saved number come from?

180 duplicate/conflict rows/month × 2 min to inspect and merge (6h), plus ~5h of spreadsheet matching, minus ~1h remaining true-conflict review
