03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

80 inbound leads/month × 8 min to read, score, and assign (~11h), plus ~3h of unassigned-lead chase

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 4 outputs

Scores inbound leads, assigns an owner, and routes them before they rot in Unassigned.

  • Scored CRM lead with owner
  • Slack route packet
  • recycle queue

05 — One run

What one run takes in, and what it puts back.

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

In

  • New lead/form/chat record
  • scoring rules
  • territory or round-robin roster
  • recycle criteria
  • SLA minutes

Out

  • Scored CRM lead with owner
  • Slack route packet
  • recycle queue
  • SLA-breach ping

06 — How it works / 35 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect HubSpot and Salesforce

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

    New lead/form/chat record, scoring rules.

  3. 03

    It runs

Scored CRM lead with owner — on a trigger or a schedule, 35 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • Score from fields you name (size, industry, country, disallowed free-mail, competitor domain)
  • Owner assignment: round-robin, territory, or named account match against the CRM
  • Recycle queue for students, vendors, and role accounts — not a silent delete
  • Slack packet: score, reason, company one-liner, CRM link; not a firehose of every form fill
  • Will not overwrite an owner if the record is already assigned
  • SLA clock: still unowned after N minutes → escalate to a named manager
  • Calendly (or HubSpot Meetings) link in the packet only when the score clears your threshold

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

14

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$700

14 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 80 inbound leads/month × 8 min to read, score, and assign (~11h), plus ~3h of unassigned-lead chase.

11 — Pricing

Buy it outright, or get it with a plan.

One-time

$3,900

  • Perpetual single-workspace license to this product’s logic, UI and connectors. Runs still spend credits.
  • Returns $1,560 as non-expiring credits at your tier’s rate.
  • Twelve months of updates and connector maintenance included.

Per run

10 credits

$0.20 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.

Credit class: light

Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.

12 — Packs / 1 pack

What else is in the pack.

  • Part of the Fileopen pack

A new matter file the attorney can actually open, with the conflict worksheet already in it

    • Truekeys

The conflict worksheet is a name-matching job that must stop short of a decision, and Truekeys is built to produce exactly that: an apply list, a review list, and a will-not-merge list left for a human.

    • Veinlist

Related entities — the spouse, the employer, the adverse party — have to be found and sourced before the worksheet means anything, and Veinlist researches an entity into a sourced firm file with contacts.

    • Fieldpull

Intake and engagement paperwork arrive as PDFs and completed envelopes, and Fieldpull writes their mapped fields into the destination record instead of a paralegal retyping them.

    • Offerbook

The engagement letter is assembled from the last template for that practice area and must carry version history, which is Offerbook's mechanic — a document from a locked library with a view and accept log.

    $14,900

    One-time

Or included in Scale at $2,900/mo.

13 — Security

Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools.

A scoped OAuth token pulls only the objects the inputs above require, writes the outputs back to your system of record, and keeps the run payload for your workspace retention window. Revoke the token in your IdP or in the dashboard; connector secrets are deleted within 24 hours of a disconnect.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

14 — Customers

Someone like you, running this.

15 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

Inbound at this size is a form, a Chat widget, or a “book a demo” that lands on whoever was listed as default owner in 2023. Someone in marketing pings Slack. Someone in sales says “not ICP.” The lead sits. Gatepass is an agent on new HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive leads (form, chat, demo request). It applies the score you defined (employee band, industry, email quality, requested product), assigns by round-robin or territory, and posts the packet to the right Slack channel with the reason. Junk (role accounts, competitors, students) goes to a recycle queue, not to an AE’s inbox.

It will not mark MQL as SQL. That stage move stays a human click after a conversation, or a meeting that Yeshold actually books. It will mis-score the first week while your ICP definition is still a paragraph in Notion — write the rules down or the queue will be wrong. If HubSpot’s native lead rotation and required fields already clear Unassigned in minutes, do not pay twice. Buy it when “who owns this?” is still a Slack sport and demo requests wait overnight.

16 — Questions / 5 answered

Before you buy.

What does it need from me before it can run?

New lead/form/chat record; scoring rules; territory or round-robin roster; recycle criteria; SLA minutes. Nothing else is collected for a run.

How long does setup take?

35 minutes. Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools. You authorise HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Calendly, Slack, Gmail once.

What does it cost to own?

$3,900 once — band 3, Operator. Runs still spend credits. It is also included in the Growth plan at $990/mo — buying it outright is the way to keep it after a plan ends.

What does it hand back?

Scored CRM lead with owner; Slack route packet; recycle queue; SLA-breach ping.

Where does the hours-saved number come from?

80 inbound leads/month × 8 min to read, score, and assign (~11h), plus ~3h of unassigned-lead chase
