03 — Proof
The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.
Catalog math
12 tracked meetings/month × 25 min to type minutes and file tasks, plus ~1h of “what did we decide”

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

10 — The money
Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.
Recovered per month
$300
6 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.
Where the hours come from: 12 tracked meetings/month × 25 min to type minutes and file tasks, plus ~1h of “what did we decide”.
11 — Pricing
One-time
$3,900
Per run
80 credits
$1.60 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.
Credit class: standard
Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.
12 — Packs / 2 packs
The RFP workbook filled from answers you have already given — gaps named, not guessed
The answer library is the heart of the pack: Askbook answers from documents you uploaded with a citation, hands off when it cannot, and keeps a digest of what went unanswered.
Incoming workbooks and past RFP files have to be mapped column by column and exported back in the buyer's structure, which is Sheetfold's column map, map diff and per-file error list.
The response that reaches the buyer is a document assembled from a locked content library with version history, which is Offerbook's output rather than a raw spreadsheet.
RFPs ask how you compare, and Rivalcard keeps the one-page answer current and attaches it to the deal instead of leaving a 2023 slide to be pasted in.

Monday’s one-pager for people who will not open Looker
Topsheet's own key features name the pre-board appendix as "last month vs Pipeshade/Stripe actuals when connected", so the forecast with its visible haircut is a stated part of the packet.
The "what broke" half of the page is a KPI break with the cut that moved and a tracking-suspect flag, which is Driftnote's output verbatim.
The pack blocks the send when a figure has no citation, and Tableside is what supplies a checkable figure with the SQL and the assumed grain attached to it.
"What moved" is only meaningful in the cut the company runs on, and Cohortcut rebuilds retention, LTV and segment cuts from Stripe with a definition checksum and a diff against last run.

13 — Security
A scoped OAuth token pulls only the objects the inputs above require, writes the outputs back to your system of record, and keeps the run payload for your workspace retention window. Revoke the token in your IdP or in the dashboard; connector secrets are deleted within 24 hours of a disconnect.
Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

15 — Detail
Ops and hiring meetings produce decisions that live in someone’s notes app. Actionline is an agent on the Google Calendar events you tag (or a Meet recording). It writes minutes with owners and due dates into Asana, Linear, or Notion, and will not create a task without an owner.
It does not attend for you and it does not update Jira hierarchy. Noisy 1:1s and standups with no decisions produce empty minutes — that is correct. It will mis-hear jargon and assign the wrong Alex; a human still skims. If Grain or Otter already writes to Asana and people close those tasks, skip this. Buy it when the follow-up is still “can you send notes” in Slack an hour later.

Tagged calendar event or Meet recording; attendee list; destination project/team; owner directory. Nothing else is collected for a run.
35 minutes. Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools. You authorise Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Linear, Notion once.
$3,900 once — band 3, Operator. Runs still spend credits. It is also included in the Starter plan at $290/mo — buying it outright is the way to keep it after a plan ends.
Minutes doc; tasks with owners and due dates; exception list (no owner / empty meeting); confirm-to-post Slack.
