03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

6 live competitors × 45 min/month of card refresh (~4.5h), plus 15 deal-specific lookups × 14 min (~3.5h)

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 5 outputs

Maintains one-page battlecards and attaches the right card when a competitor is named.

  • Current battlecard
  • deal attachment
  • Slack owner ping

05 — One run

What one run takes in, and what it puts back.

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

In

  • Competitor list
  • first-version card copy
  • pricing/changelog URLs
  • CRM competitor field
  • call mentions
  • lost-deal notes

Out

  • Current battlecard
  • deal attachment
  • Slack owner ping
  • approved changelog
  • lost-deal log

06 — How it works / 30 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect HubSpot and Salesforce

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

    Competitor list, first-version card copy.

  3. 03

    It runs

Current battlecard — on a trigger or a schedule, 30 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • One page per competitor: positioning, three true differentiators, three banned claims, proof with URL
  • Attaches the current card to the HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive deal when the competitor field or Callsheet/Gong mention matches
  • Slack ping to the deal owner with the link — not a channel dump of every mention
  • Changelog you approve: suggested diffs from a pricing/changelog URL you give it; nothing publishes without a click
  • Lost-deal intake: why we lost, in their words if Callsheet captured them
  • Versioned cards; the deal keeps the version that was attached that week
  • Will not invent win rates or quote a Gartner quadrant you did not upload

It touches these, and nothing else.

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

8

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$400

8 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 6 live competitors × 45 min/month of card refresh (~4.5h), plus 15 deal-specific lookups × 14 min (~3.5h).

11 — Pricing

This one comes with the plan.

Included

Included in Starter · $290/mo

  • No separate purchase. Runs spend credits from the plan’s monthly grant.

Per run

15 credits

$0.30 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.

Credit class: light

Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.

12 — Packs / 1 pack

What else is in the pack.

  • Part of the Reqdesk pack

The RFP workbook filled from answers you have already given — gaps named, not guessed

    • Askbook

The answer library is the heart of the pack: Askbook answers from documents you uploaded with a citation, hands off when it cannot, and keeps a digest of what went unanswered.

    • Sheetfold

Incoming workbooks and past RFP files have to be mapped column by column and exported back in the buyer's structure, which is Sheetfold's column map, map diff and per-file error list.

    • Actionline

A below-threshold cell becomes a task for a named SME with a due date — and Actionline is built on the rule that it will not create a task without an owner, which is the behaviour the gap list needs.

    • Offerbook

The response that reaches the buyer is a document assembled from a locked content library with version history, which is Offerbook's output rather than a raw spreadsheet.

13 — Security

Runs on nox.markets.

You type or upload into our app. Data lands in our region, is processed there, and the results stay in our app until you export them or a connected write-back exists.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

14 — Customers

Someone like you, running this.

15 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

Battlecards rot. Marketing built a 40-page deck in Q3 2023. Sales asks in Slack, “what do we say vs X?” and gets three conflicting PDFs. Rivalcard is a hosted one-pager per competitor you actually lose to: how they sell, three landmines that are true, three we will not claim, and the proof point with a source. When Gong, Callsheet, or a CRM competitor field names that vendor on a deal, Rivalcard attaches the current card to the record and drops a Slack link to the owner.

You still write the first version of each card; it will not scrape a competitor’s website into fiction. Monthly refresh is a diff against their pricing page and changelog *you* point it at, plus lost-deal notes you paste — not an autonomous smear engine. If you have a living competitive program in Highspot with an owner, skip it. Buy it when the “card” is a Notion page last edited by someone who left. It is free to use with no account required.
