03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

6 new vendors/month × 90 min of W-9, COI, and bank-detail chase, plus ~2h of expired-insurance follow-up, minus ~1h to approve the packets

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 5 outputs

Opens a vendor packet, chases missing compliance files, and holds the vendor out of active until the checklist is green.

  • Vendor packet
  • missing-file chase log
  • duplicate/expiry flags

05 — One run

What one run takes in, and what it puts back.

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

In

  • Vendor name and class
  • packet checklist
  • COI minimums
  • bank form
  • duplicate source
  • optional denied-party list

Out

  • Vendor packet
  • missing-file chase log
  • duplicate/expiry flags
  • completed DocuSign MSA
  • still-blocked vendor list

06 — How it works / 55 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect DocuSign and Rippling

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

Vendor name and class, packet checklist.

  3. 03

    It runs

Vendor packet — on a trigger or a schedule, 55 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • Packet checklist you configure (W-9, COI, bank form, MSA, DPA) per vendor class
  • Duplicate check against Rippling vendor records or the sheet you name — before anyone signs
  • COI date and limit check against your minimums; additional-insured string match is exact, not fuzzy
  • Bank details accepted only from the designated form, never from a PDF letterhead
  • Denied-party flag only if you supply the list; Vendorgate does not scrape government sites on a schedule
  • DocuSign MSA send; Vendorgate never marks the vendor payable
  • 30-day COI expiry digest — not a ping the day it expired last year

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

10

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$500

10 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 6 new vendors/month × 90 min of W-9, COI, and bank-detail chase, plus ~2h of expired-insurance follow-up, minus ~1h to approve the packets.

11 — Pricing

Buy it outright, or get it with a plan.

One-time

$7,900

  • Perpetual single-workspace license to this product’s logic, UI and connectors. Runs still spend credits.
  • Returns $3,160 as non-expiring credits at your tier’s rate.
  • Twelve months of updates and connector maintenance included.

Per run

90 credits

$1.80 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.

Credit class: standard

Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.

12 — Packs / 5 packs

What else is in the pack.

  • Part of the Bindready pack

The renewal submission packet, assembled, before a producer picks a market

    • Keepwatch

Bindready opens the file 90/60/30 days out from an expiration list, which is Keepwatch's shape from the sales-revenue shelf: a dated renewal watch that produces a task with a named owner rather than a reminder nobody holds.

    • Fieldpull

Application and ACORD fields are copied out of the expiring policy PDF, and Fieldpull is the operations-hr product that extracts mapped fields from a PDF into a destination record and parks what it cannot read.

    • Offerbook

The submission that leaves the office is a document built from office templates with a release and view log, which is what Offerbook does for a proposal — assemble from a locked library, version it, and log who released it.

    • Askbook

The market checklist per line of business is office knowledge, not a placement recommendation, and Askbook answers from documents you uploaded with a citation or an honest handoff — which is the only safe way to surface it.

    $14,900

    One-time

Or included in Scale at $2,900/mo.

    See the pack

  • Part of the Coverready pack

Eligibility and the prior-auth packet, sitting on the biller’s desk before the visit

    • Fieldpull

The auth form the payer redesigned in March is a field-mapping problem, and Fieldpull extracts mapped fields from a PDF into the destination record while parking anything it cannot read.

    • Callcatch

Coverready exists because two people are on hold with payers every afternoon; Callcatch takes the inbound front-desk calls for hours and booking and turns the rest into a ticket instead of a voicemail.

    • Slotshift

When eligibility is unmatched the visit goes on hold and has to be moved, and Slotshift is the customer-experience product that books and reschedules from the thread and writes the confirmation back.

    • Sortlane

The packet has to reach a named biller's queue rather than a shared mailbox, and Sortlane routes new items to queue, tags and assignee with an exception list for whatever it cannot place.

Included in Enterprise · from $7,500/mo

    See the pack

  • Part of the Jobdraw pack

The pay-application packet, assembled from the job, before the PM certifies a single percent

    • Sheetfold

The schedule of values is rolled forward from last month's workbook and has to foot, and Sheetfold consolidates source workbooks into one mapped table with a control total and a footing exception.

    • Billtray

Line-level backup is AP invoices coded to a cost code, and Billtray from the finance shelf is the product that pulls vendor bills out of the mailbox and codes them against the job's history.

    • Fieldpull

Sub invoices, stored-material lists and waiver PDFs arrive as documents, and Fieldpull extracts their mapped fields into the draw lines so the PM is reading numbers rather than re-keying them.

    • Ledgerline

A pay application is the invoice that leaves the building, and Ledgerline drafts, numbers, attaches and posts a customer invoice — the step Jobdraw holds in draft until a named PM certifies.

    $14,900

    One-time

Or included in Scale at $2,900/mo.

    See the pack

  • Part of the Keyfile pack

The transaction file from accepted offer to closing checklist, with the dates already on a calendar

    • Fieldpull

Every deadline in the file comes out of the contract's date fields, and Fieldpull is the product that reads mapped fields from a signed PDF or completed envelope into the destination record.

    • Offerbook

The disclosure packet is stubbed from the last closed file for that county or HOA pattern, and Offerbook assembles a document from a locked library and keeps the version history the broker will be asked for.

    • Slotshift

Inspections, walkthroughs and signings get booked and moved out of an email thread, and Slotshift creates and cancels those events and writes the confirmation back onto the thread.

    • Pipebrief

The weekly digest — files by days-to-close with what is still outstanding — is Pipebrief's shape from the sales-revenue shelf: a briefing built from live records with a slip list and a no-next-step list.

    $14,900

    One-time

Or included in Growth at $990/mo.

    See the pack

  • Part of the Organtray pack

Client source documents in the organizer slots, with the missing-form list named

    • Fieldpull

Slotting a client's PDF dump is document classification plus mapped-field extraction with an exception queue for what is unreadable — Fieldpull's whole job description.

    • Billtray

Organtray needs the same mechanic Billtray runs on an AP mailbox: documents arriving unsorted, coded against a prior-year map, with duplicate and exception flags rather than a guess.

    • Sheetfold

A brokerage statement split across seven files has to become one mapped table, and Sheetfold does that consolidation with a per-file error list and a map diff you can reopen next season.

    • Duesday

The chase itself is a scheduled reminder from the firm's own mailbox with every touch logged, and that cadence-plus-log is what Duesday does from the finance shelf.

13 — Security

Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools.

A scoped OAuth token pulls only the objects the inputs above require, writes the outputs back to your system of record, and keeps the run payload for your workspace retention window. Revoke the token in your IdP or in the dashboard; connector secrets are deleted within 24 hours of a disconnect.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

14 — Customers

Someone like you, running this.

15 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

A new vendor is not a bill. It is a W-9, a COI with the right additional insured, bank details you should not take from the PDF body, a duplicate check against the vendor master, and a DocuSign MSA. Vendorgate is a workflow that opens a packet, chases the missing files, and holds the vendor out of “active” until the checklist is green.

It does not pay them — that is Billtray in `finance-backoffice`. It is not Vanta, and it will not tell you a COI is legally sufficient; it checks dates, the limit you configured, and the named-insured string. Denied-party screening uses the list *you* upload, not a secret watchlist we invented. If you add two vendors a year and AP already has a folder, skip it. Buy it when “we already paid them” is how vendors get into the master.

16 — Questions / 5 answered

Before you buy.

What does it need from me before it can run?

Vendor name and class; packet checklist; COI minimums; bank form; duplicate source; optional denied-party list. Nothing else is collected for a run.

How long does setup take?

55 minutes. Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools. You authorise DocuSign, Rippling, Gusto, Google Drive, Gmail, Slack, Notion once.

What does it cost to own?

$7,900 once — band 4, System. Runs still spend credits. It is also included in the Growth plan at $990/mo — buying it outright is the way to keep it after a plan ends.

What does it hand back?

Vendor packet; missing-file chase log; duplicate/expiry flags; completed DocuSign MSA; still-blocked vendor list.

Where does the hours-saved number come from?

6 new vendors/month × 90 min of W-9, COI, and bank-detail chase, plus ~2h of expired-insurance follow-up, minus ~1h to approve the packets
