03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

40 accounts in the 90-day renewal window × 12 min of health-signal gathering (~8h), plus ~3h assembling the weekly risk list

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 4 outputs

Flags renewal-risk accounts from CRM, product, and call signals, then assigns an owner task.

  • Weekly risk list
  • CRM tasks
  • Slack digest

05 — One run

What one run takes in, and what it puts back.

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

In

  • Renewal/contract dates
  • CRM activity
  • optional support severity field
  • Callsheet/Gong competitor field
  • owner map
  • suppress list

Out

  • Weekly risk list
  • CRM tasks
  • Slack digest
  • champion-bounce flags

06 — How it works / 40 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect HubSpot and Salesforce

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

    Renewal/contract dates, CRM activity.

  3. 03

    It runs

Weekly risk list — on a trigger or a schedule, 40 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • 90-day renewal window from the CRM date you name (renewal, contract end, or close-won + term)
  • Signals: last activity, champion bounce, open P1 tickets if present, competitor field, meeting gap
  • Risk list with dollars, date, and the specific signal — not a red/yellow score without a reason
  • CRM task + Slack digest weekly; it does not ping every time a user skips a login for a day
  • Does not send the save-play email, change ARR, or apply a coupon
  • Suppress list for logos you have already decided to let go
  • Champion-change flag when the primary contact’s email hard-bounces or the title vanishes from the CRM

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

11

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$550

11 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 40 accounts in the 90-day renewal window × 12 min of health-signal gathering (~8h), plus ~3h assembling the weekly risk list.

11 — Pricing

Buy it outright, or get it with a plan.

One-time

$3,900

  • Perpetual single-workspace license to this product’s logic, UI and connectors. Runs still spend credits.
  • Returns $1,560 as non-expiring credits at your tier’s rate.
  • Twelve months of updates and connector maintenance included.

Per run

80 credits

$1.60 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.

Credit class: standard

Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.

12 — Packs / 2 packs

What else is in the pack.

  • Part of the Bindready pack

The renewal submission packet, assembled, before a producer picks a market

    • Fieldpull

Application and ACORD fields are copied out of the expiring policy PDF, and Fieldpull is the operations-hr product that extracts mapped fields from a PDF into a destination record and parks what it cannot read.

    • Vendorgate

"Packet complete / missing loss run / missing signed app" is exactly Vendorgate's pattern from the operations-hr shelf — a checklist that chases the missing file from a counterparty and holds the record out of "ready" until it exists.

    • Offerbook

The submission that leaves the office is a document built from office templates with a release and view log, which is what Offerbook does for a proposal — assemble from a locked library, version it, and log who released it.

    • Askbook

The market checklist per line of business is office knowledge, not a placement recommendation, and Askbook answers from documents you uploaded with a citation or an honest handoff — which is the only safe way to surface it.

    $14,900

    One-time

Or included in Scale at $2,900/mo.

    See the pack

  • Part of the Firstmile pack

New accounts finish the setup steps you actually require, or they show up as stuck

    • Playwrite

Firstmile's checklist is explicitly your real setup steps and not a vendor template, and Playwrite is the product that turns a recording of someone doing the setup into the written steps the checklist is built from.

    • Citewell

A nudge on an open step is worth nothing if the customer's question about that step goes unanswered; Citewell drafts the reply from your help centre and Notion with the article URLs attached.

    • Slotshift

The kickoff that unlocks after step N is a booking made out of a message thread, which is precisely what Slotshift does — create the Calendly event and write the confirmation on the ticket.

    • Heatlist

The weekly stuck-account list is a working queue, not a report, and Heatlist is the product that puts the accounts about to go wrong onto a daily list a lead can actually work.

13 — Security

Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools.

A scoped OAuth token pulls only the objects the inputs above require, writes the outputs back to your system of record, and keeps the run payload for your workspace retention window. Revoke the token in your IdP or in the dashboard; connector secrets are deleted within 24 hours of a disconnect.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

14 — Customers

Someone like you, running this.

15 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

Churn at this size is not a data-science project. It is a customer who stopped showing up in Gong, a champion who left (the email bounces), usage that fell off a cliff if you even have a usage field, and a renewal date that was in the CRM as “end of year.” Keepwatch is an agent. Once a week it looks at accounts with a close-won date or a renewal field inside 90 days, pulls the signals you actually have (last meeting, last email, open support severity if the field exists, champion title still employed, competitor mention from Callsheet/Gong), and produces a list: account, dollars, date, why it is on the list, recommended owner. It opens a CRM task. It does not discount.

It will be noisy until you tell it which products are auto-renew and which logos you will call anyway. It cannot see product usage you do not store. If Gainsight or a CSM tool already runs a weekly risk meeting from live product data, skip it. Buy it when renewal prep is a spreadsheet rebuilt every Sunday from HubSpot and a Slack channel called #at-risk.
