03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

80 book/reschedule threads/month × 7 min of calendar ping-pong

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 5 outputs

Turns book and reschedule messages into Calendly events and writes the confirmation on the ticket.

  • Calendly event
  • cancelled prior event on reschedule
  • ticket confirmation

05 — One run

What one run takes in, and what it puts back.

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

In

  • Ticket or email with booking intent
  • Calendly event map
  • host calendars
  • SMS-enable flag
  • no-show policy

Out

  • Calendly event
  • cancelled prior event on reschedule
  • ticket confirmation
  • optional SMS
  • no-show flag

06 — How it works / 30 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect Calendly and Zendesk

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

Ticket or email with booking intent, Calendly event map.

  3. 03

    It runs

Calendly event — on a trigger or a schedule, 30 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • Detects book / reschedule / cancel intent on the helpdesk ticket or a linked mailbox
  • Maps to a Calendly event type you choose per queue (not one generic 30-minute link)
  • Confirmation and the Calendly URL written back onto the ticket
  • On reschedule: cancels the previous Calendly event before creating the new one
  • Optional SMS confirm via Twilio using the number already on the ticket
  • No-show flag if Calendly marks the event a no-show — it does not chase the customer for you
  • Does not offer times outside Calendly; if the host has no availability, it says so

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

9

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$450

9 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 80 book/reschedule threads/month × 7 min of calendar ping-pong.

11 — Pricing

Buy it outright, or get it with a plan.

One-time

$7,900

  • Perpetual single-workspace license to this product’s logic, UI and connectors. Runs still spend credits.
  • Returns $3,160 as non-expiring credits at your tier’s rate.
  • Twelve months of updates and connector maintenance included.

Per run

8 credits

$0.16 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.

Credit class: light

Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.

12 — Packs / 3 packs

What else is in the pack.

  • Part of the Coverready pack

Eligibility and the prior-auth packet, sitting on the biller’s desk before the visit

    • Fieldpull

The auth form the payer redesigned in March is a field-mapping problem, and Fieldpull extracts mapped fields from a PDF into the destination record while parking anything it cannot read.

    • Vendorgate

A prior-auth packet is a checklist held out of "ready" until every required document exists, which is the chase-and-hold mechanic Vendorgate already runs for vendor compliance files.

    • Callcatch

Coverready exists because two people are on hold with payers every afternoon; Callcatch takes the inbound front-desk calls for hours and booking and turns the rest into a ticket instead of a voicemail.

    • Sortlane

The packet has to reach a named biller's queue rather than a shared mailbox, and Sortlane routes new items to queue, tags and assignee with an exception list for whatever it cannot place.

Included in Enterprise · from $7,500/mo

    See the pack

  • Part of the Firstmile pack

New accounts finish the setup steps you actually require, or they show up as stuck

    • Playwrite

Firstmile's checklist is explicitly your real setup steps and not a vendor template, and Playwrite is the product that turns a recording of someone doing the setup into the written steps the checklist is built from.

    • Citewell

A nudge on an open step is worth nothing if the customer's question about that step goes unanswered; Citewell drafts the reply from your help centre and Notion with the article URLs attached.

    • Heatlist

The weekly stuck-account list is a working queue, not a report, and Heatlist is the product that puts the accounts about to go wrong onto a daily list a lead can actually work.

    • Keepwatch

Accounts above the dollar threshold leave the pack and go to a named human, and Keepwatch from the sales-revenue shelf is what flags a quiet account and assigns that owner a task.

Included in Enterprise · from $7,500/mo

    See the pack

  • Part of the Keyfile pack

The transaction file from accepted offer to closing checklist, with the dates already on a calendar

    • Fieldpull

Every deadline in the file comes out of the contract's date fields, and Fieldpull is the product that reads mapped fields from a signed PDF or completed envelope into the destination record.

    • Vendorgate

The chase to title, escrow, lender and inspector is a missing-file checklist against outside parties, which is the job Vendorgate already does for vendor packets — chase, flag, and hold until complete.

    • Offerbook

The disclosure packet is stubbed from the last closed file for that county or HOA pattern, and Offerbook assembles a document from a locked library and keeps the version history the broker will be asked for.

    • Pipebrief

The weekly digest — files by days-to-close with what is still outstanding — is Pipebrief's shape from the sales-revenue shelf: a briefing built from live records with a slip list and a no-next-step list.

Or included in Growth at $990/mo.

13 — Security

Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools.

A scoped OAuth token pulls only the objects the inputs above require, writes the outputs back to your system of record, and keeps the run payload for your workspace retention window. Revoke the token in your IdP or in the dashboard; connector secrets are deleted within 24 hours of a disconnect.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

14 — Customers

Someone like you, running this.

15 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

Booking threads are “does Tuesday work,” a calendar screenshot, a no-show, and a reschedule that nobody took off the old slot. Slotshift is a workflow. It watches Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk for intent to book or move an appointment, offers Calendly times from the right event type (sales vs support vs on-site), writes the confirmation back onto the ticket, and cancels the previous Calendly event on reschedule so you do not get two people at 2pm.

It will not invent availability outside Calendly. It will not send the 24-hour reminder unless you already use Calendly’s own reminder. If Calendly routing already lives in your Intercom bot and nobody emails “can we move this,” you do not need it. Buy it when reschedules are still a six-message thread.

16 — Questions / 5 answered

Before you buy.

What does it need from me before it can run?

Ticket or email with booking intent; Calendly event map; host calendars; SMS-enable flag; no-show policy. Nothing else is collected for a run.

How long does setup take?

30 minutes. Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools. You authorise Calendly, Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Slack, Twilio once.

What does it cost to own?

$7,900 once — band 4, System. Runs still spend credits. It is also included in the Starter plan at $290/mo — buying it outright is the way to keep it after a plan ends.

What does it hand back?

Calendly event; cancelled prior event on reschedule; ticket confirmation; optional SMS; no-show flag.

Where does the hours-saved number come from?

80 book/reschedule threads/month × 7 min of calendar ping-pong
