03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

2 recorded processes/month × 4h to transcribe, draft steps, and format, minus ~1h of owner edits

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 4 outputs

Turns a process recording or transcript into a draft SOP in Notion or Drive.

  • Draft SOP
  • undocumented-dependency list
  • owner sign-off task

05 — One run

What one run takes in, and what it puts back.

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

In

  • Recording or transcript
  • process name
  • owner
  • destination doc
  • last signed SOP (optional, for diff)

Out

  • Draft SOP
  • undocumented-dependency list
  • owner sign-off task
  • optional diff vs last signed version

06 — How it works / 30 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

Connect Google Drive and Google Workspace

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

    Recording or transcript, process name.

  3. 03

    It runs

Draft SOP — on a trigger or a schedule, 30 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • Ingests a video/audio file or a transcript; Playwrite does not join the Zoom to record it
  • Draft SOP: numbered steps, tools named as seen, decision branches, and a “you need X before step 1” list
  • Writes to Notion or Google Drive; Playwrite is not the SOP library
  • Owner sign-off required before the doc is marked current; drafts stay labeled draft
  • Flags “I usually just Slack Jane” as an undocumented dependency, not as a step
  • Will not invent screenshots; missing UI is a placeholder the owner fills
  • Revision: drop a new recording of the same process and get a diff against the last signed SOP

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

7

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$350

7 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 2 recorded processes/month × 4h to transcribe, draft steps, and format, minus ~1h of owner edits.

11 — Pricing

Buy it outright, or get it with a plan.

One-time

$490

  • Perpetual single-workspace license to this product’s logic, UI and connectors. Runs still spend credits.
  • Returns $196 as non-expiring credits at your tier’s rate.
  • Twelve months of updates and connector maintenance included.

Per run

280 credits

$5.60 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.

Credit class: heavy

Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.

12 — Packs / 2 packs

What else is in the pack.

  • Part of the Firstmile pack

New accounts finish the setup steps you actually require, or they show up as stuck

    • Citewell

A nudge on an open step is worth nothing if the customer's question about that step goes unanswered; Citewell drafts the reply from your help centre and Notion with the article URLs attached.

    • Slotshift

The kickoff that unlocks after step N is a booking made out of a message thread, which is precisely what Slotshift does — create the Calendly event and write the confirmation on the ticket.

    • Heatlist

The weekly stuck-account list is a working queue, not a report, and Heatlist is the product that puts the accounts about to go wrong onto a daily list a lead can actually work.

    • Keepwatch

Accounts above the dollar threshold leave the pack and go to a named human, and Keepwatch from the sales-revenue shelf is what flags a quiet account and assigns that owner a task.

Included in Enterprise · from $7,500/mo

    See the pack

  • Part of the Weekone pack

The first-week run for a new hire, assembled before their laptop arrives

    • Keycut

Weekone's own copy says its account and laptop requests are "tickets Keycut can consume" and that provisioning on join is Keycut's job, so the pack is the request writer and Keycut is the hand that fulfils it.

    • Fieldpull

A checklist item is only done when the DocuSign envelope is complete, and Fieldpull is what reads that completed envelope's mapped fields into the HRIS instead of someone retyping them.

    • Askbook

Week one is when a hire asks the handbook the most questions, and Askbook answers them with the cited paragraph or an honest handoff to the HR owner.

    • Holdslot

Orientation, the manager 1:1 and the buddy session all have to be booked across several calendars and logged, which is the booking-and-write-back mechanic Holdslot already runs for interview panels.

13 — Security

Runs on nox.markets.

You type or upload into our app. Data lands in our region, is processed there, and the results stay in our app until you export them or a connected write-back exists.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

14 — Customers

Someone like you, running this.

15 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

SOPs die in two places: the Loom nobody watches, and the Google Doc that does not match what people do. Playwrite is a hosted tool. You drop a recording (or a transcript) of someone doing the job; it drafts a numbered SOP with tools, screens, and decision points, and writes it to Notion or Drive.

It does not watch production systems and it will not notice the process changed last week. The first draft over-fits what that one person did, including their workarounds. An owner still edits and signs off. It is not an LMS and it is not Scribe/Tango click-capture — if those captures are current, skip this. Buy it when the process lives in one senior hire’s head and a 40-minute walkthrough. One-time license; you run it on each new recording.

16 — Questions / 5 answered

Before you buy.

What does it need from me before it can run?

Recording or transcript; process name; owner; destination doc; last signed SOP (optional, for diff). Nothing else is collected for a run.

How long does setup take?

30 minutes. Runs on nox.markets. You authorise Google Drive, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack once.

What does it cost to own?

$490 once — band 1, Utility. Runs still spend credits. It is also included in the Starter plan at $290/mo — buying it outright is the way to keep it after a plan ends.

What does it hand back?

Draft SOP; undocumented-dependency list; owner sign-off task; optional diff vs last signed version.

Where does the hours-saved number come from?

2 recorded processes/month × 4h to transcribe, draft steps, and format, minus ~1h of owner edits
