03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

90 tickets/month in a language the on-shift agent does not speak × 8 min of translator paste and rewrite (~12h), minus ~1h leftover on ~10 that still need a native speaker

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 4 outputs

Drafts non-English helpdesk replies from your English articles, billed per language per month.

  • Draft in-language reply
  • English gloss
  • needs-native park list

05 — One run

What one run takes in, and what it puts back.

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

06 — How it works / 40 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect Zendesk and Intercom

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

    Ticket language, English source articles/macros.

  3. 03

    It runs

Draft in-language reply — on a trigger or a schedule, 40 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • Draft in the ticket language from English macros, Citewell-style articles, or a paste-in glossary
  • Side-by-side English gloss on every draft; send stays in the helpdesk, not a blind auto-translate
  • Language list you enable per month; unused languages are not billed
  • Hard skip for legal / medical / chargeback queues you name
  • Glossary of product names and plan names that must not be translated
  • Does not claim native fluency; “needs native review” is a one-click park
  • Meter: $49 per enabled language in that month; English excluded

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

11

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$550

11 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 90 tickets/month in a language the on-shift agent does not speak × 8 min of translator paste and rewrite (~12h), minus ~1h leftover on ~10 that still need a native speaker.

11 — Pricing

Buy it outright, or get it with a plan.

One-time

$490

  • Perpetual single-workspace license to this product’s logic, UI and connectors. Runs still spend credits.
  • Returns $196 as non-expiring credits at your tier’s rate.
  • Twelve months of updates and connector maintenance included.

Per run

50 credits

$1.00 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.

Credit class: standard

Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.

12 — Security

Runs on nox.markets.

You type or upload into our app. Data lands in our region, is processed there, and the results stay in our app until you export them or a connected write-back exists.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

13 — Customers

Someone like you, running this.

14 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

Non-English tickets wait for the one bilingual agent, or they get pasted through a consumer translator and sent with the wrong form of “you.” Speakback is a hosted queue. It pulls tickets tagged by Sortlane or by the helpdesk’s language field, drafts a reply in the customer’s language from your English macros and articles, and shows a side-by-side English gloss so a monolingual lead can sanity-check before send.

Price is $49 per language you enable for a month (the `price_usd` meter). English is not billed. Spanish + French is $98 that month; a one-language team should not buy this. It will not handle legal, medical, or “this is going to court” tickets — those route to a named native speaker or a translator you already pay. If you have full-time coverage in every language you offer, skip it. Buy it when Friday-night Spanish tickets sit until Monday because Maria is off.

15 — Questions / 5 answered

Before you buy.

What does it need from me before it can run?

Ticket language; English source articles/macros; glossary; enabled-language list; skip queues. Nothing else is collected for a run.

How long does setup take?

40 minutes. Runs on nox.markets. You authorise Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Front, Slack once.

What does it cost to own?

$490 once — band 1, Utility. Runs still spend credits. It is also included in the Growth plan at $990/mo — buying it outright is the way to keep it after a plan ends.

What does it hand back?

Draft in-language reply; English gloss; needs-native park list; monthly language invoice line.

Where does the hours-saved number come from?

90 tickets/month in a language the on-shift agent does not speak × 8 min of translator paste and rewrite (~12h), minus ~1h leftover on ~10 that still need a native speaker
