A scoped OAuth token pulls only the objects the inputs above require, writes the outputs back to your system of record, and keeps the run payload for your workspace retention window. Revoke the token in your IdP or in the dashboard; connector secrets are deleted within 24 hours of a disconnect.
Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

Gusto, ADP, and Rippling run payroll in minutes once the inputs are clean. The day before is not clean: time from one tool, commissions from a spreadsheet, PTO from another, a garnish, a missed bonus, and someone who started mid-period. Payready is a workflow that assembles that file. It pulls hours from QuickBooks Time or Clockify, commission CSVs from the sales folder you point it at, PTO balances from the HRIS, and one-off items from a locked intake form. It outputs a payroll preview Gusto (or ADP/Rippling) can import, plus a exception list for people with missing hours or a pay-rate change that nobody approved.
It does not file taxes, run payroll, or sign off. A human still clicks submit in Gusto. It also will not invent commission logic — if your plan lives in a founder’s head, write it down first or the CSV will be wrong. Buy this when prep is a half-day of Slack and Excel twice a month, not when you have five salaried people and no variable pay.
