03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

~4h pulling card/GL SaaS lines + ~3h of seat chasing, every month, minus 1h to review the list

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 4 outputs

Audits SaaS charges against last-login and seat counts, then drafts cancel/downgrade tasks.

  • Monthly unused-seat list
  • $ at risk
  • renewal dates

05 — One run

What one run takes in, and what it puts back.

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

In

  • Card and GL software spend
  • identity last-login
  • owner mapping
  • known-keep list (payroll, bank, GL)

Out

  • Monthly unused-seat list
  • $ at risk
  • renewal dates
  • owner tasks (draft email, not a send)

06 — How it works / 40 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect Ramp and Brex

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

Card and GL software spend, identity last-login.

  3. 03

    It runs

Monthly unused-seat list — on a trigger or a schedule, 40 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • Software spend from Ramp, Brex, Stripe, and GL vendors you tag as SaaS
  • Seat vs last-login from Okta, Google Workspace, or Rippling when connected
  • Renewal date from the last invoice or the card merchant descriptor when present
  • Suggested action is downgrade/cancel/keep — with a dollar amount, not a score
  • Owner assignment from the card holder or a mapping table you maintain
  • Monthly digest; it does not Slack someone every time a seat goes idle for a day
  • Does not log into the vendor and cancel

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

6

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$300

6 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: ~4h pulling card/GL SaaS lines + ~3h of seat chasing, every month, minus 1h to review the list.

11 — Pricing

Buy it outright, or get it with a plan.

One-time

$3,900

  • Perpetual single-workspace license to this product’s logic, UI and connectors. Runs still spend credits.
  • Returns $1,560 as non-expiring credits at your tier’s rate.
  • Twelve months of updates and connector maintenance included.

Per run

70 credits

$1.40 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.

Credit class: standard

Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.

12 — Security

Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools.

A scoped OAuth token pulls only the objects the inputs above require, writes the outputs back to your system of record, and keeps the run payload for your workspace retention window. Revoke the token in your IdP or in the dashboard; connector secrets are deleted within 24 hours of a disconnect.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

Someone like you, running this.

14 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

SaaS waste in this size band is not a mystery vendor. It is 14 unused Zoom seats, a second design tool from a departed contractor, and a “pro” plan that auto-renews. Seatcheck is an agent. It reads Ramp/Brex card spend and GL vendors tagged software, matches them to Okta, Google Workspace, or Rippling last-login where you have it, and once a month produces a list: tool, $ / month, seats paid vs seats used in 30 days, renewal date if it can see it, and a suggested action (downgrade, cancel, or leave it).

It does not cancel for you. Finance still has to ping the owner. It will miss annual invoices paid by ACH that are coded to “Dues” in QuickBooks. First-month results are noisy; after you map the 20 real tools, the list is short and boring — which is the point. If you already have a spend tool doing this on Ramp, do not pay twice.

15 — Questions / 5 answered

Before you buy.

What does it need from me before it can run?

Card and GL software spend; identity last-login; owner mapping; known-keep list (payroll, bank, GL). Nothing else is collected for a run.

How long does setup take?

40 minutes. Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools. You authorise Ramp, Brex, Stripe, QuickBooks Online, Okta, Google Workspace, Rippling, Gmail once.

What does it cost to own?

$3,900 once — band 3, Operator. Runs still spend credits. It is also included in the Starter plan at $290/mo — buying it outright is the way to keep it after a plan ends.

What does it hand back?

Monthly unused-seat list; $ at risk; renewal dates; owner tasks (draft email, not a send).

Where does the hours-saved number come from?

~4h pulling card/GL SaaS lines + ~3h of seat chasing, every month, minus 1h to review the list
