03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

4 weekly exec packs × 2.5h of pulling Looker/Stripe/Sheets and writing the one-pager (10h), plus one 3h pre-board cut, minus ~1h remaining edit

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 5 outputs

Assembles a weekly executive one-pager from warehouse, Stripe, GA, and the open decision list.

  • One-pager
  • source checklist with failures
  • decision roll-forward

05 — One run

What one run takes in, and what it puts back.

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

In

  • Metric/source list
  • owners
  • decision Sheet
  • Slack channel
  • send deadline
  • optional forecast actuals

Out

  • One-pager
  • source checklist with failures
  • decision roll-forward
  • Slack send
  • pre-board appendix

06 — How it works / 120 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect Looker and Metabase

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

    Metric/source list, owners.

  3. 03

    It runs

One-pager — on a trigger or a schedule, 120 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • Source checklist generated from the metrics you name, with an owner per source
  • One-pager template: moved, broke, decision due this week — not a twelfth dashboard
  • Decision list merged from a Sheet you maintain; Topsheet will not invent priorities
  • Send blocked if a named source failed or a figure has no citation
  • Slack Monday post plus a Google Doc; Topsheet is not the system of record
  • Pre-board appendix: last month vs Pipeshade/Stripe actuals when connected — optional, not a second product
  • Roll-forward of last week’s open decisions so they do not vanish after the call

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

12

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$600

12 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 4 weekly exec packs × 2.5h of pulling Looker/Stripe/Sheets and writing the one-pager (10h), plus one 3h pre-board cut, minus ~1h remaining edit.

11 — Pricing

This one comes with the plan.

Included

Included in Enterprise · from $7,500/mo

  • No separate purchase. Runs spend credits from the plan’s monthly grant.

Per run

700 credits

$14.00 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.

Credit class: heavy

Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.

12 — Security

Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools.

A scoped OAuth token pulls only the objects the inputs above require, writes the outputs back to your system of record, and keeps the run payload for your workspace retention window. Revoke the token in your IdP or in the dashboard; connector secrets are deleted within 24 hours of a disconnect.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

13 — Customers

Someone like you, running this.

14 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

Leadership time in a 50–150 person company is not lost in analysis. It is lost in assembly: four tools, a Slack scavenger hunt for “what is the number,” and a doc that still arrives after the meeting started. The chief of staff or the founder does this weekly. The dashboard was supposed to kill it. It did not, because nobody opens twelve tiles before a standup.

Topsheet is a pack — a source checklist tied to the metrics you actually run the company on, a one-pager template (what moved, what broke, what needs a decision this week), a Slack Monday cadence, and a pre-board appendix rule (last month vs forecast, nothing else). It pulls from Looker, Metabase, Snowflake/BigQuery, Stripe, and Google Analytics. A decision list you keep in Sheets is merged in so the page is not only backward-looking. Missing sources block the “send” the same way Closeout will not mark a checklist item done without a file.

It does not replace a board deck, financial statements, or the meeting. It is not Readout (operator metric memo) and it is not Deskbrief (external research). If the CEO already lives in Metabase and the Monday doc is twenty minutes, spend the $899 elsewhere. Buy it when the one-pager is still a Sunday night and the numbers in it do not match the dashboard.

15 — Questions / 5 answered

Metric/source list; owners; decision Sheet; Slack channel; send deadline; optional forecast actuals. Nothing else is collected for a run.

How long does setup take?

120 minutes. Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools. You authorise Looker, Metabase, Snowflake, BigQuery, Stripe, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Slack once.

No separate price: it is included from the Enterprise plan upwards.

What does it hand back?

One-pager; source checklist with failures; decision roll-forward; Slack send; pre-board appendix.
