03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

50 calls/month × 12 min to write notes and next steps (~10h), plus ~2h finding “what did they say” in Slack

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 4 outputs

Turns call recordings into deal notes, objections, and next steps in the CRM.

  • Draft deal note
  • accepted note on the CRM record
  • objection/competitor fields

05 — Architecture

It runs inside your perimeter.

Your data does not enter nox.markets production. We receive license telemetry only, and the product runs on your own model keys.

In

  • Call transcript or recording-derived text
  • CRM deal/contact IDs
  • note template
  • accepting owner

Out

  • Draft deal note
  • accepted note on the CRM record
  • objection/competitor fields
  • exceptions folder

06 — How it works / 90 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect Gong and HubSpot

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

Call transcript or recording-derived text, CRM deal/contact IDs.

  3. 03

    It runs

Draft deal note — on a trigger or a schedule, 90 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • Ingests Gong transcript export or a local VTT/TXT drop; Gong API is optional, not required
  • Structured note: pain, objections, competitors, next step, date — not a 1,200-word recap
  • Writes to the HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive deal as a draft note; stage does not move
  • Owner must accept the note before it is “official”; rejected drafts stay in an exceptions folder
  • Competitor mentions copied to a field you name, for Rivalcard, not a separate database
  • Quote-level citations back to transcript timestamps so a manager can check
  • Difference between “they said they would send the security packet” and “we should ask for it” is labeled

It touches these, and nothing else.

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

12

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$600

12 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 50 calls/month × 12 min to write notes and next steps (~10h), plus ~2h finding “what did they say” in Slack.

11 — Pricing

Licensed by the year, run on your keys.

Annual license

$18,000/yr

  • Runs on your infrastructure and your model keys.
  • Consumes no credits.

Per run

Nothing. A self-hosted product bills no credits, because the inference is yours.

12 — Security

You run it, we license it.

Your data does not enter nox.markets production. We receive license telemetry only, and the product runs on your own model keys.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

13 — Customers

Someone like you, running this.

14 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

The call already happened. Gong (or the Zoom recording) has a transcript. What the CRM has is “good call.” The next AE, the manager, and the renewal owner then re-listen or Slack the person who was on it. Callsheet is a workflow you run in your environment (`self-hosted`) because the file is a full customer conversation. It is a $18,000 annual license per product that runs on your own keys and consumes no credits. It reads the transcript, writes a structured note onto the deal (agenda, their words on pain, objections, competitors named, promised next step, date), and will not mark the deal stage forward.

You run it on new recordings each week. It will mis-hear product names and will quote a joke as a commitment if you skip review — the note is a draft on the record until a named owner accepts it. It does not coach reps and it is not a Gong replacement: if Gong already pushes clean, accepted notes into Salesforce and people actually read them, spend the $449 elsewhere. Buy it when the transcript exists and the deal note does not.

15 — Questions / 5 answered
