03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

8 inbound contracts/month × 45 min first-pass for caps, auto-renew, and missing exhibits

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 5 outputs

Reads inbound contracts in your environment and flags deviations from your clause playbook.

  • Flag memo
  • missing-exhibit list
  • unread-URL list

05 — Architecture

It runs inside your perimeter.

Your data does not enter nox.markets production. We receive license telemetry only, and the product runs on your own model keys.

In

  • Contract PDF or DocuSign envelope
  • clause playbook
  • named legal owner
  • related exhibits if attached

Out

  • Flag memo
  • missing-exhibit list
  • unread-URL list
  • owner notification — no signature
  • no redline file

06 — How it works / 90 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect DocuSign and Google Drive

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

Contract PDF or DocuSign envelope, clause playbook.

  3. 03

    It runs

Flag memo — on a trigger or a schedule, 90 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • Playbook you load (standard cap, auto-renew window, governing law, insurance minimums, assignment)
  • Flag memo with PDF quote, playbook position, and severity — not a 0–100 “risk score”
  • Missing-exhibit list (insurance, DPA, SLA, price sheet) when the body references one and the file is not in the packet
  • Order-form / URL-incorporated terms called out as unread, not assumed clean
  • Writes the memo next to the DocuSign envelope or Drive file; Clauseflag is not the repository
  • Never clicks Sign or sends a counterparty email
  • Difference cannot be “approved” inside Clauseflag; approval is DocuSign or counsel

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

6

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$300

6 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 8 inbound contracts/month × 45 min first-pass for caps, auto-renew, and missing exhibits.

11 — Pricing

Licensed by the year, run on your keys.

Annual license

$18,000/yr

  • Runs on your infrastructure and your model keys.
  • Consumes no credits.

Per run

Nothing. A self-hosted product bills no credits, because the inference is yours.

12 — Security

You run it, we license it.

Your data does not enter nox.markets production. We receive license telemetry only, and the product runs on your own model keys.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

Someone like you, running this.

14 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

Inbound contracts (offer letters, vendor MSAs, NDAs, amendments) sit in email or DocuSign until someone with a law degree has 45 minutes. The first pass is not negotiation. It is: liability cap vs your standard, auto-renew, termination for convenience, assignment, governing law, insurance exhibits, and “this is an order form that incorporates a 40-page URL.” Clauseflag is an agent you run in your environment (`self-hosted`) because the file is the contract. It produces a flag memo: clause, your playbook position, quote from the PDF, severity.

It does not redline in Word, does not negotiate, and does not sign. A lawyer still decides. It will miss a risk that lives only in a schedule nobody attached. It is not outside counsel and it is not DocuSign CLM. If every contract already goes through a firm that returns a redline in 24 hours, skip this. Buy it when ops is the first reader and legal is a Friday Slack. It is a $18,000 annual license per product that runs on your own keys and consumes no credits. You run it on each new PDF.
