03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

2 RFPs/month × ~10h of hunting past answers and filling cells, cut to ~3h of SME review per RFP

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 4 outputs

Assembles RFP responses from a past-answer library and flags every cell that still needs an SME.

  • Filled workbook
  • gap/SME list
  • citation log per cell

05 — One run

What one run takes in, and what it puts back.

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

In

  • Incoming RFP workbook
  • past-answer library
  • SME roster
  • deadline
  • deal ID (optional)

Out

  • Filled workbook
  • gap/SME list
  • citation log per cell
  • unmatched-question candidates for the library

06 — How it works / 120 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect HubSpot and Salesforce

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

    Incoming RFP workbook, past-answer library.

  3. 03

    It runs

Filled workbook — on a trigger or a schedule, 120 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • Answer library from past RFP workbooks, security packets, and a locked intake form for new SMEs
  • Incoming XLSX/CSV/DOCX mapped question-by-question with a similarity score and source citation
  • Below-threshold cells stay blank and go to a named SME — Reqdesk will not guess a SOC 2 date
  • Gap list with owner and due date; Slack nag only for cells still empty 48 hours before the deadline
  • Export to the buyer’s original sheet structure when the columns can be preserved
  • Does not submit the portal, e-sign, or claim certifications absent from the library
  • Roll-forward of last RFP’s unmatched questions so they become library candidates after the SME writes them

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

14

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$700

14 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 2 RFPs/month × ~10h of hunting past answers and filling cells, cut to ~3h of SME review per RFP.

11 — Pricing

This one comes with the plan.

Included

Included in Enterprise · from $7,500/mo

  • No separate purchase. Runs spend credits from the plan’s monthly grant.

Per run

550 credits

$11.00 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.

Credit class: heavy

Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.

12 — Security

Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools.

A scoped OAuth token pulls only the objects the inputs above require, writes the outputs back to your system of record, and keeps the run payload for your workspace retention window. Revoke the token in your IdP or in the dashboard; connector secrets are deleted within 24 hours of a disconnect.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

13 — Customers

Someone like you, running this.

14 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

RFP time in a 50–150 person company is rarely original writing. It is hunting last year’s Excel, the security questionnaire someone answered in January, and the product manager who is in meetings until Thursday. Reqdesk is a pack: an answer library you seed from past RFPs and security packets, a filler that maps each incoming question to the best prior answer with a similarity score, and a gap list that names the SME instead of leaving a blank. The filled workbook goes to Google Drive or Excel. Nothing is submitted to the buyer until a human exports it.

The one-time price is the pack; you keep running it on each new RFP. It will match the wrong answer if your library is three outdated PDFs — garbage in, confident garbage out, which is why every cell shows the source doc and the score, and why cells below threshold stay empty. It does not file the response, invent certifications you do not have, or redline their MSA. If Loopio or Responsive is already the system of record for answers, this is a downgrade. It is for teams whose RFPs still live in a shared drive called `RFP - 2024` and a Slack thread named #help-security-questions.
