03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

3 new hires/month × 6h of paperwork, account-request, equipment, and first-week chase, cut to ~4h of exceptions and the actual welcome

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 5 outputs

Assembles paperwork, first-week tasks, and equipment/account requests from the role template.

  • First-week checklist with owners
  • sent DocuSign packet
  • Asana/Notion tasks

05 — One run

What one run takes in, and what it puts back.

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

In

  • Offer-accepted hire
  • role template
  • start date
  • manager/buddy
  • DocuSign templates
  • equipment list

Out

  • First-week checklist with owners
  • sent DocuSign packet
  • Asana/Notion tasks
  • account/equipment request tickets
  • exception log

06 — How it works / 120 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect Gusto and Rippling

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

    Offer-accepted hire, role template.

  3. 03

    It runs

First-week checklist with owners — on a trigger or a schedule, 120 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • Role templates (start date, manager, location, buddy, equipment SKU, task list) — not a generic “employee handbook week”
  • DocuSign packet per template (offer already signed is a prerequisite, not a Weekone job)
  • Day-by-day tasks written to Asana or Notion, assigned to the hire, manager, and buddy
  • Account and laptop requests as tickets Keycut can consume, or as human tasks if Keycut is not in the stack
  • Checklist item cannot be marked done without a completed envelope or a named exception
  • Start-date reminder 5 days out only for items still open — not a daily cheerleading mail
  • Does not revoke access on termination; that path is Keycut

It touches these, and nothing else.

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

14

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$700

14 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 3 new hires/month × 6h of paperwork, account-request, equipment, and first-week chase, cut to ~4h of exceptions and the actual welcome.

11 — Pricing

This one comes with the plan.

Included

Included in Enterprise · from $7,500/mo

  • No separate purchase. Runs spend credits from the plan’s monthly grant.

Per run

400 credits

$8.00 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.

Credit class: heavy

Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.

12 — Security

Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools.

A scoped OAuth token pulls only the objects the inputs above require, writes the outputs back to your system of record, and keeps the run payload for your workspace retention window. Revoke the token in your IdP or in the dashboard; connector secrets are deleted within 24 hours of a disconnect.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

13 — Customers

Someone like you, running this.

14 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

The first week of a hire is not orientation. It is a scavenger hunt: DocuSign packet, HRIS profile, laptop ticket, Notion/Asana tasks, and a buddy who was not told. Weekone is a pack — a hire checklist from the role template you keep, the paper packet in DocuSign, day-by-day tasks in Asana or Notion, and account/equipment *requests* (not the provisioning itself). Provisioning and revocation on join and leave is Keycut. Payroll input files are Payready.

It does not mark the person employed in Gusto, does not sign the offer, and does not run I-9 as counsel of record. It marks a checklist item done only when the supporting DocuSign envelope is complete or a named owner files an exception. If Rippling already runs a working onboarding flow with equipment and apps, this is a downgrade. It is for teams whose first week still lives in a copied Notion page and a Slack channel named #new-hires.

The one-time price is the pack: you keep running it on each hire.
