03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

16 renewals/month × 50 min of loss runs, ACORD apps, and expiring-policy PDFs (~13h) plus ~4h of missing-loss-run chase, minus ~1h of remaining producer review

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 5 outputs

Assembles loss runs, ACORD applications, and expiring-policy PDFs for renewal submissions.

  • Renewal packet
  • missing-item list
  • loss-run chase log

05 — One run

What one run takes in, and what it puts back.

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

In

  • Expiration list
  • expiring policy PDFs
  • ACORD/application templates
  • loss-run contacts
  • market checklist by line
  • producer assignment

Out

  • Renewal packet
  • missing-item list
  • loss-run chase log
  • producer release queue
  • submission send log

06 — How it works / 70 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect Applied Epic and AMS360

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

    Expiration list, expiring policy PDFs.

  3. 03

    It runs

Renewal packet — on a trigger or a schedule, 70 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • Renewal file opened from Epic / AMS360 / EZLynx expiration lists at 90/60/30 days
  • Application/ACORD fields copied from the expiring policy; blanks stay blank — no invented exposures
  • Loss-run request to the incumbent using your template; Bindready does not scrape a carrier as the agency
  • Market checklist the office maintains per line of business; not a placement recommendation
  • Producer queue: packet complete / missing loss run / missing signed app
  • Does not quote, bind, issue a certificate as coverage proof, or advise the insured
  • Submission send from the producer mailbox only after the named producer releases it

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

16

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$800

16 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 16 renewals/month × 50 min of loss runs, ACORD apps, and expiring-policy PDFs (~13h) plus ~4h of missing-loss-run chase, minus ~1h of remaining producer review.

11 — Pricing

Buy it outright, or get it with a plan.

One-time

$14,900

  • Perpetual single-workspace license to this product’s logic, UI and connectors. Runs still spend credits.
  • Returns $5,960 as non-expiring credits at your tier’s rate.
  • Twelve months of updates and connector maintenance included.

Per run

480 credits

$9.60 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.

Credit class: heavy

Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.

12 — Security

Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools.

A scoped OAuth token pulls only the objects the inputs above require, writes the outputs back to your system of record, and keeps the run payload for your workspace retention window. Revoke the token in your IdP or in the dashboard; connector secrets are deleted within 24 hours of a disconnect.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

13 — Customers

Someone like you, running this.

14 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

Renewal season in an independent agency is not “sending an ACORD.” It is last year’s application that nobody updated, a loss run that the carrier portal still has not generated, the expiring dec page, and a producer who will not touch a market until the PDF pile looks like last year’s pile. Bindready is a pack: a renewal file 90/60/30 days out from Applied Epic or AMS360, ACORD/application fields filled from the expiring policy (not from a coverage opinion), a loss-run chase to the incumbent, and a market checklist the office already uses for that line.

It does not quote premium, bind coverage, recommend a carrier, or sell insurance. A licensed producer still chooses markets, still reviews the application, and still binds. Bindready will not send a submission to a wholesaler without the producer’s click. If the agency already runs a staffed marketing coordinator on Epic and packets go out 60 days early, skip it. Buy it when renewals start when the expiring policy hits the inbox.

15 — Questions / 5 answered

Before you buy.

What does it need from me before it can run?

Expiration list; expiring policy PDFs; ACORD/application templates; loss-run contacts; market checklist by line; producer assignment. Nothing else is collected for a run.

How long does setup take?

70 minutes. Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools. You authorise Applied Epic, AMS360, EZLynx, IVANS, Microsoft 365, Gmail, Google Drive, DocuSign, Slack, QuickBooks Online once.

What does it cost to own?

$14,900 once — band 5, Pack. Runs still spend credits. It is also included in the Scale plan at $2,900/mo — buying it outright is the way to keep it after a plan ends.

What does it hand back?

Renewal packet; missing-item list; loss-run chase log; producer release queue; submission send log.

Where does the hours-saved number come from?

16 renewals/month × 50 min of loss runs, ACORD apps, and expiring-policy PDFs (~13h) plus ~4h of missing-loss-run chase, minus ~1h of remaining producer review
