03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

6 jobs × 2 draws/month × 70 min gathering percent-complete stubs, backup, photos, and waiver status

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 5 outputs

Assembles AIA-style pay apps, backup, photos, and lien-waiver status from the live job.

  • Draft pay-app PDF
  • backup binder
  • waiver exception list

05 — One run

What one run takes in, and what it puts back.

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

In

  • Schedule of values
  • last approved draw
  • job cost / AP backup
  • superintendent photos
  • subcontractor list
  • waiver files
  • draw date

Out

  • Draft pay-app PDF
  • backup binder
  • waiver exception list
  • PM certification log
  • missing-photo list by cost code

06 — How it works / 90 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect Procore and Buildertrend

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

Schedule of values, last approved draw.

  3. 03

    It runs

Draft pay-app PDF — on a trigger or a schedule, 90 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • Schedule-of-values stub rolled forward from last approved draw in Procore, Buildertrend, or Sage
  • Line-level backup folder: AP invoices, stored-materials list, photos tagged to a cost code
  • Lien-waiver status from the sub list; missing waiver blocks that line from “ready,” not from the draft
  • G702/G703-style PDF the office template defines; Jobdraw is not AIA and is not a forms vendor of record
  • Holds the packet in “draft” until a named PM certifies percents; Jobdraw will not e-sign
  • Slack/email only for waivers still missing 48 hours before the draw date you set
  • Does not compute retainage legal rights, file a lien, or approve a subinvoice

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

14

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$700

14 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 6 jobs × 2 draws/month × 70 min gathering percent-complete stubs, backup, photos, and waiver status.

11 — Pricing

Buy it outright, or get it with a plan.

One-time

$14,900

  • Perpetual single-workspace license to this product’s logic, UI and connectors. Runs still spend credits.
  • Returns $5,960 as non-expiring credits at your tier’s rate.
  • Twelve months of updates and connector maintenance included.

Per run

650 credits

$13.00 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.

Credit class: heavy

Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.

12 — Security

Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools.

A scoped OAuth token pulls only the objects the inputs above require, writes the outputs back to your system of record, and keeps the run payload for your workspace retention window. Revoke the token in your IdP or in the dashboard; connector secrets are deleted within 24 hours of a disconnect.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

13 — Customers

Someone like you, running this.

14 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

Progress billing on a 20–80 person contractor is not “filling G702.” It is last month’s schedule of values, this month’s percent complete from a superintendent who texts photos, stored material nobody invoiced, and which subs have a current waiver. The PM then rebuilds the PDF the owner’s lender actually accepts. Jobdraw is a pack: a G702/G703-style stub from the last approved schedule of values in Procore or Sage, a backup folder (invoices, stored materials, photos the super tagged to a line), and a waiver checklist. The PM still types the percents they will stand behind.

It does not certify percentage complete, does not sign a pay application, and does not lien a job. A licensed or designated project manager still certifies the draw. If the GC already runs billing inside Procore with a dedicated project accountant and draws go out on the same day each month, skip it. Buy it when the “pay app” is a weekend Excel file and the waiver chase is a text thread.

15 — Questions / 5 answered

Before you buy.

What does it need from me before it can run?

Schedule of values; last approved draw; job cost / AP backup; superintendent photos; subcontractor list; waiver files; draw date. Nothing else is collected for a run.

How long does setup take?

90 minutes. Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools. You authorise Procore, Buildertrend, Sage 300 CRE, QuickBooks Online, Acumatica, Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, Slack, Gmail once.

What does it cost to own?

$14,900 once — band 5, Pack. Runs still spend credits. It is also included in the Scale plan at $2,900/mo — buying it outright is the way to keep it after a plan ends.

What does it hand back?

Draft pay-app PDF; backup binder; waiver exception list; PM certification log; missing-photo list by cost code.

Where does the hours-saved number come from?

6 jobs × 2 draws/month × 70 min gathering percent-complete stubs, backup, photos, and waiver status
