03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

85 customer POs/month × 10 min matching SKU, price, and qty and opening the ERP order

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 5 outputs

Matches inbound customer POs to SKU, price, and qty, then opens a draft sales order.

  • Draft sales order
  • unmatched-line list
  • price/qty exception file

05 — One run

What one run takes in, and what it puts back.

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

In

  • Customer PO (PDF or EDI)
  • item master
  • customer price list
  • ship-to list
  • part-number map
  • variance threshold

Out

  • Draft sales order
  • unmatched-line list
  • price/qty exception file
  • new-ship-to flags
  • CSR ACK queue

06 — How it works / 50 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

Connect NetSuite and SAP Business One

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

Customer PO (PDF or EDI), item master.

  3. 03

    It runs

Draft sales order — on a trigger or a schedule, 50 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • Ingests PDF POs from a mailbox and EDI 850s from SPS Commerce or a VAN drop
  • Customer-part to internal-SKU map you maintain; unknown parts are exceptions, not guesses
  • Price and UOM check against that customer’s list; variance over your threshold holds the line
  • Draft sales order in NetSuite, SAP B1, Fishbowl, or Cin7; Orderfit never books it
  • Ship-to match against the customer’s known sites; new docks require a CSR
  • Exception queue: custom SKUs, expired quotes, qty above available (read-only ATP if the ERP exposes it)
  • Does not promise a ship date, change a contract price, or email the buyer without a template you attach

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

14

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$700

14 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 85 customer POs/month × 10 min matching SKU, price, and qty and opening the ERP order.

11 — Pricing

Buy it outright, or get it with a plan.

One-time

$395/mo

  • Month to month, no lock. Runs spend credits.

Per run

55 credits

$1.10 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.

Credit class: standard

Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.

12 — Security

Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools.

A scoped OAuth token pulls only the objects the inputs above require, writes the outputs back to your system of record, and keeps the run payload for your workspace retention window. Revoke the token in your IdP or in the dashboard; connector secrets are deleted within 24 hours of a disconnect.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

13 — Customers

Someone like you, running this.

14 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

Wholesale CSRs do not “enter orders.” They translate a customer’s PDF or EDI into the item master: their part number versus yours, a price that is not on this year’s sheet, a ship date the warehouse cannot make, a ship-to that is a dock the ERP has never seen. Orderfit is a workflow on the sales mailbox or the EDI inbox. It matches lines to the item master and the customer’s price list, flags mismatches, and opens a *draft* sales order in NetSuite, SAP Business One, or Cin7.

It will not confirm the order to the customer and will not allocate inventory. A CSR still sends the ACK. New customers and one-off custom SKUs sit in exceptions until someone maps them; the first two weeks are noisy. If EDI is already posting clean orders into the ERP and the exception queue is empty, skip it. Buy it when 85 PDFs a month are re-typed and price fights happen after the warehouse has already picked.

15 — Questions / 5 answered
