03 — Proof

What is measured, and what is not.

The hours and the setup time are catalog math at a stated volume. Production telemetry is not published yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise.

Catalog math

40 failed dues × 8 min of card-chase (~5h) plus 22 freeze/cancel packets × 15 min (~5.5h) plus 50 expired-intro follow-ups × 5 min (~4.5h)

Run telemetry

04 — What it does / 5 outputs

Queues failed membership billing, freeze/cancel paperwork, and expired-intro follow-ups.

  • Failed-dues queue
  • freeze/cancel draft packets
  • expired-intro follow-up list

05 — One run

What one run takes in, and what it puts back.

No sandbox on this page yet. This is the real input and output contract from the record, not a demo recording.

In

  • Billing failures
  • freeze/cancel forms
  • membership/intro status
  • last-visit feed
  • retry cadence
  • studio message templates

Out

  • Failed-dues queue
  • freeze/cancel draft packets
  • expired-intro follow-up list
  • GM sign-off log
  • optional send log of *your* templates

06 — How it works / 30 min setup

Three steps, then it is furniture.

  1. 01

    Connect Mindbody and Pike13

Scoped authorisation, revocable from your IdP or the dashboard.

  2. 02

    Point it at the work

    Billing failures, freeze/cancel forms.

  3. 03

    It runs

Failed-dues queue — on a trigger or a schedule, 30 minutes after you start.

07 — Features / 7 listed

What is actually in the box.

  • Failed-payment list from Mindbody, Pike13, Mariana Tek, or Glofox; retry draft only on the cadence you set
  • Freeze/cancel intake to a packet (dates, remaining sessions, last billing) for GM sign-off
  • Expired-intro / trial list with last visit; template SMS/email the studio already uses
  • Does not send a “win-back” script it invented; uses your copy or stays silent
  • Package-session remainder vs trainer payroll is a report, not a pay run
  • Holds cancels that still have a prepaid package until a human records the refund/forfeit policy you already published
  • Does not diagnose injury, prescribe training, or refuse a cancel as a medical decision

It touches these, and nothing else.

10 — The money

Your hours, your hourly cost.

Two numbers: the hours this product removes at the catalog's stated volume, and the cost of an hour, which only you know.

15

You type this one. We do not know what an hour costs you.

Recovered per month

$750

15 h × $50 an hour, before the credits a run spends.

Where the hours come from: 40 failed dues × 8 min of card-chase (~5h) plus 22 freeze/cancel packets × 15 min (~5.5h) plus 50 expired-intro follow-ups × 5 min (~4.5h).

11 — Pricing

Buy it outright, or get it with a plan.

One-time

$395/mo

  • Month to month, no lock. Runs spend credits.

Per run

28 credits

$0.56 a run at the Starter rate of $0.0200 per credit, less on every tier above it.

Credit class: standard

Every run carries a published hard ceiling. A run that hits it stops and re-quotes instead of billing on.

12 — Security

Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools.

A scoped OAuth token pulls only the objects the inputs above require, writes the outputs back to your system of record, and keeps the run payload for your workspace retention window. Revoke the token in your IdP or in the dashboard; connector secrets are deleted within 24 hours of a disconnect.

Run payloads are kept for your workspace retention window — 30 days by default on Starter and Growth, 90 on Scale and Enterprise, with zero retention available on Enterprise.

Someone like you, running this.

14 — Detail

The long version, including what it will not do.

Studio labor after 6pm is not teaching. It is Mindbody (or Pike13) failed CC, a freeze form that lives in a Google Doc, a cancel that still billed, and 50 intro offers that ended Tuesday with no one texting. Rosterhold is an agent. It reads failed payments and freeze/cancel requests, opens a draft in the membership system (retry, freeze, cancel) from rules you set, and puts expired intros on a follow-up list with the last class they attended.

It does not keep a member against their request, does not give medical or training advice, and does not charge a card without the retry rules you already use in Mindbody. A GM still talks to the person who asked to cancel. If Mariana Tek’s native dunning and freeze workflow is already clean, skip it. Buy it when the front desk is a shoebox of freeze printouts and failed dues are a Friday export.

15 — Questions / 5 answered

Before you buy.

What does it need from me before it can run?

Billing failures; freeze/cancel forms; membership/intro status; last-visit feed; retry cadence; studio message templates. Nothing else is collected for a run.

How long does setup take?

30 minutes. Runs on nox.markets, acts in your tools. You authorise Mindbody, Pike13, Mariana Tek, Glofox, Stripe, Mailchimp, Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack, Zendesk once.

What does it cost to own?

$395 per month, month to month. It is also included in the Starter plan at $290/mo — buying it outright is the way to keep it after a plan ends.

What does it hand back?

Failed-dues queue; freeze/cancel draft packets; expired-intro follow-up list; GM sign-off log; optional send log of *your* templates.

Where does the hours-saved number come from?

40 failed dues × 8 min of card-chase (~5h) plus 22 freeze/cancel packets × 15 min (~5.5h) plus 50 expired-intro follow-ups × 5 min (~4.5h)
