When your trial ends

Where the end date is shown, what changes after it, what is never charged, and how to record the plan you want while billing is closed. In early access the trial is called an early-access workspace.

3 min read

An early-access workspace lasts 14 days from the moment the owner signs up. This page covers where the end date is shown, what changes after it, and how to record a plan while billing is closed.

What the trial includes

The trial is 14 days, a 25,000-credit allowance, no card, and nothing charged. It covers every paid catalog product; the Paid products tile on Create account shows how many. In early access it is called an early-access workspace.

The trial starts at signup, only for the person who creates the workspace. Invited members do not start their own trial. A user who already used a trial gets no trial on a workspace they create later: You have used a trial on nox.markets before, so this workspace starts without one. The Billing page lists the plans.

Credits are listed but not drawn down. Drawing down credits is Not yet available in this build.

Where the end date is shown

The dashboard header badge reads Early access · {n} days left (on a phone, only {n} days left). The badge links to Billing and turns to a warning at 3 days or fewer. After the end it reads Early access ended (in live mode: Trial ended). Billing shows the date as YYYY-MM-DD (UTC). Owner, Admin and Billing see the full Billing page; other roles see the date and a note.

On Billing, while the period is still running: Your early-access period ends on {date}. Choose the plan you would keep afterwards. We record it now and charge nothing. In live mode: Your trial ends on {date}. Choose the plan to keep afterwards. We record it now and charge nothing.
